We arrived to begin looking at rings after hearing all their advertisements about the best selection, quality and price, and the fact that they are not paid on commission. We were there for twenty minutes before we got any attention from any store representative. A lady that finally decided to help us was in and out and nearly impossible to get her attention so we could try another ring. A complete waste of our time as we could not find a single ring that we liked even slightly. Maybe their salespeople should be paid on commission so that the customer can actually get some attention and help!

My boyfriend and I came to this jeweler after hearing about their great reputation throughout the entire state of Utah, and even beyond! We were helped throughout the entire process of finding two rings that I liked different qualities of. They also explained their ability for creating custom rings so I could have a combination of all the qualities I loved. I was asked to walk around the other half of their store and enjoy their chocolate fountain so cost and the diamond could be discussed. Many stores carry stones that have very poor cut, being either too deep or shallow. S.E. Needham only carries diamonds that have a good cut, so I had no reason to worry about getting a poor quality diamond in that area. When my boyfriend purchased the ring, they provided him with a beautiful wooden ring box as well as a traditional small white box he could fit in his pocket. They also gave us multiple recommendations for other vendors to help us plan our wedding as well as a discount to the best restaurant in Logan. Their warranty is unbeatable, and their customer service is the best I have seen. They were willing to resize my ring for free up until the wedding day. When my fiance and I ended up moving the wedding back a year, they still held true to free resizings. Even after being engaged for two months, I still can't take my eyes off my ring because it is so beautiful!

Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were directed to make some hot chocolate while we waited for someone to become available. After ten minutes of waiting, a man finally offered his assistance. He took us to their selection of engagement rings and asked us to pick out a few. A lady came by to help him. We went through rings, slowly narrowing down our selection. My boyfriend looked up to see the first guy asleep! The lady that was helping us as well was no help either as she was bringing out diamonds way bigger than I told them I wanted and no where even near my boyfriend's budget(4 carats!). We both went away very unimpressed with what they had to offer.

I called this bridal shop run out of a lady's home to set up an appointment for me to come in a try on dresses. I arrived right on time, but was told to wait as she had to finish up really quickly the last bride's purchase. Another lady arrived with a young girl after I did, but she helped them first with dress measurements. I ended up waiting over half an hour after my appointment time before I even got in to see a single dress. She directed us to a tiny room that was freezing cold (and you want me to get undressed with a cold fan blowing on me?), and to start looking at dresses I might like. She came along after another 15 minutes to help. She was convinced I was going to find a dress that I loved and it would be completely different than I was thinking (yes, I already found one I liked different than I thought, but that was at a different store). She had so few dresses to look from that I couldn't even find one I liked one bit. She was so expressive of her opinions of her dresses, I felt like I couldn't explain to her the style I loved. I explained to her how I was going for one look, and instead of finding a dress like that, she simply exclaimed "Oh, you'll wish on your wedding day you were wearing lace instead. That is not in fashion anymore." Excuse me? Who are you to tell me which dress I will and will not want to wear? When going through her few magazines to identify what I was looking for, she was pointing out dress after dress that she loved or absolutely would not order simply because she did not like the look of it. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the role of the bridal shop to find a dress that the BRIDE likes, not the vendor? Several of the dresses she pointed out as ones she did not like, my mom was about to comment on how pretty it was. Another experience that was a complete waste of time. I would not recommend her at all!

This was the first bridal shop I went to and I had a great experience working with Shelly, the store manager. She was so helpful in finding dresses for me to try on that would fit our budget. She asked me to find a couple a liked and based on the styles of the dresses, she found more for me to try on I might like even more. She went so far as to take one dress off a manikan so I could try it on. I think I was there for over an hour and tried on probably twenty dresses, but she was always right their offering suggestions, taking dresses back, offering sashes or other accessories. I explained to her several dresses I liked from online, and she found the catalogue of the exact dress I was talking about. I will be going back on at the end of this week to get my perfect dress!
I love this photographer/videographer. It is a team of husband and wife which love each other and love what they do so it makes the experience very enjoyable! Going to school away from home makes finding and meeting with vendors difficult, but they were very flexible in helping us find a time to get together to review more pictures and costs. They were very relaxed and fun to be around throughout the entire process of our wedding photos. Our budget is tight but they were able to create a custom package that was reasonably priced for work that is amazing. Our wedding is on one day with our reception the night before, and unlike most other photographers, they did not charge to split the coverage between two days for us, which is a huge money saver! Very nice people and excellent results!

I came to this bridal shop with my mom right at opening to beat the rush on a Saturday. Three women were standing at the counter chatting, and none did anything to help us with the dresses. After standing there for a minute, on finally offered assistance and her name. She brought us to the dresses, asked us to look, and pick out a few to try on. I explained to her the style of the dress I was looking for, but she didn't do much to find one like that. They have some very pretty dresses there but it is not a very good sampling as only certain dress designs are available in only certain sizes, so it is hard to get an idea if you like it because it won't even fit on or you are drowning in it. The lady who was helping us was also very disrespectful as I told her I found a dress I loved at another store, and instead of being happy for the bride, she exclaimed "Well that is too bad we don't have it here so you can't buy it from us." I was not impressed with this store at all.

The Point Restaurant and Reception Center at the Huntsman Center is a wonderful place to hold a reception. They are so helpful by maintaining reasonable costs for renting and for costs of catering. It was a little difficult to get a hold of someone through the phone, but Kelli was extremely helpful placing holds on dates as well as setting up a time for my fiance and I to come in and take a tour. The provide you with a nice folder detailing all their menus as well as other vendors they recommend. In addition to taking you on a tour of the room (which is beautiful!) they provide lunch so you can get a taste for their food and have a chance to sit in the space, think, and come up with ideas about how everything will look for your big day. We have had a hard time getting our budget put together, but Kelli was completely willing to continue to hold our date, calling to make sure we were still on for it.
