Very impressive! I am just looking for prices, etc for a photographer and they were very professional and he took the time (even via phone) to get to know more about what I wanted. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I was not impressed with their phone ettiquette. I live south of Rochester but he wouldn't even give me the time of day because I wasn't in the exact Rochester, NY area. I wasn't happy.
