I stayed at the Four Seasons the night before our wedding, and then my husband and I stayed there on the wedding night. It is a gorgeous hotel, and we had our reveal in the gardens in the back. The staff is so so so nice, and they are super generous. They had little goodies in the each night for me, and for my brother in law and his family, who have two little girls that stayed there as well. They set up a cookie decorating station for the two girls while they were at the rehearsal dinner so it was all set up in their room when they got back - so cute!!
It was a great place to stay and service cannot be beat - plus its a great place to see celebrities. My friends rode up in the elevator with Matthew Perry, my photographer with Zac Efron and I rode down with Vince Neil from Motley Cru all in my dress :)
Definitely recommended!!

Deidra is absolutely amazing. We met with her a couple of months before booking her to officiate our wedding and were so impressed with how organized she was. She wanted to her our story and we felt like she sincerely cared about our day! She gave us so many great ideas about how the ceremony should go, but was totally open to changing any and everything to meet our needs.
Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Her voice and accent are fantastic, and she was just so calm and funny. She incorporated us into the ceremony in a way that we never would have been able to plan on our own. I think the highest compliment we received was in how many people cried during our ceremony- Deidra just did such a fantastic job catching and expressing the essence of our wedding.
We definitely recommend her!!

Katrina was great to work with. Her calligraphy was absolutely beautiful and she is so prompt and quick! She responded to my emails and phone calls so quickly - and got our place cards, envelopes and reserved seating cards back to us so fast it was amazing!!
Her work is beautiful and I got so many compliments on it, but she is so super reasonable that I was a complete no brainer to have to our invites.
Thanks so much Katrina!!
Sherry was so incredible. She was definitely one of my favorite vendors to work with! She was super prompt and professional when I first contacted her and in trying to schedule my hair and make-up trial. I ended up getting to my trial like 2 hours late because of the insane LA traffic, and then I sort of got lost too! I felt horrible, but she was like "No problem, still come - see you soon!!" She didn't rush through my trial at all and took the time to play with my hair since the first way she tried didn't work as well as she wanted.
I gave her very little direction for my hair and make-up, only that I wanted to be a glowy bride and that I wanted my hair up with layers around my face. She did it perfectly- I loved what she did. She used false eyelashes on me as well, which was the first time I have ever worn them and I loved them so much I didn't want to take them off!!
On the wedding day she recreated the trial look and was so much fun to be around. Her team was super professional and my mom and sister were very happy with their hair and make-up. My hair and make-up turned out amazing and I got so many compliments on how great my skin looked throughout the night - which was great because I was crying so much throughout our ceremony that I am even surprised there was any left on my face afterwards!
I definitely recommend Sherry - you want someone that will not only do a great job with your hair and make-up on your wedding day but someone that will relax you and be fun to be around on your big day. Sherry definitely fit the bill and I am so glad she was my MUA.

I cannot recommend City of Commerce Flowers enough. I worked with Duke and he was so receptive and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I came in with very few inspiration pictures because I was unable to find pictures of exactly what I wanted, but Duke took the bits and pieces from all of the pictures I bought and put them together to make the most beautiful centerpiece mock-up at our next meeting. He totally rolled it when I completely changed the centerpieces from tall to short and when I called at the last minute to add individual flowers to be placed at each place setting.
On the day of I was so impressed with the flowers - they were gorgeous and there was so many of them. My bouquet was beautiful and smelled amazing and included flowers that I never mentioned to him, but just looked perfect when they were all together. We received so many compliments on our flowers and I just kept finding new arrangements at our venue throughout the evening and thought they were all so beautiful.
They were also like super earlier in delivering our flowers, and when I asked Duke about it he said that he always sends his guys a couple of hours early because "they can either sit her waiting to deliver to you, or they can sit at your venue." I so appreciated this with how crazy LA traffic was and it just made me feel like my wedding was a top priority to them.
City of Commerce Flowers was also so reasonably priced - I thought I was going go into shock when I saw our quote it was so much lower than what I thought it would be. I got quotes for the same number and size of arrangements for almost double the price other places!

This is one of the in person locations for Debebians.
I have an antique engagement ring that has been passed down in my family. I searched forever trying to find a wedding band that would match it, and nothing looked right. My engagement ring diamond was hand cut so all of the newer cut diamonds looks wrong with it, and nothing matched the engraving. My FI and I met with Sam at DeBebians at their downtown location and he was able to come up with a plan for a custom wedding band that was incredible. He got single cut diamonds for band the so that they would match my engagement ring and had the engraver replicate all of the engraving on my original band. They look incredible together and he was able to do it all in a very short amount of time (less than 2 weeks!). While he had my engagement ring he dipped it and polished it up without me evening asking for it, and it looks amazing.
We also bought my FI's wedding band there, and it looked amazing. Sam was good about checking the size and made sure it fit perfectly since my FI's finger is sort of in between two sizes.
The prices were incredible and I know had we gone to any other jeweler they would have been much much more - I would definitely recommend Sam at Debebians to anyone.

Beth was absolutely fantastic to work with. I am pretty self-conscious about my body and would never in a million years thought I would be able to have someone take a good photo of me in lingerie, but Beth was able to put me at ease and knew the right angles and poses to make me look fantastic. She was very helpful in picking out the right outfits and picking the backgrounds and poses that worked with each one of the outfits, and in choosing the hair and make-up to compliment the shot. Even though I was totally scared when we first starting shooting, Beth coached me and helped me to loosen up and pose for the shots. When I got back my pictures I was like "wow - is that really me?"
Beth got the pictures back to me super quick and when she edited them she even picked which ones she felt would look better in black and white and gave them to me in that format as well.
I would definitely recommend going to Pussycat Pinups for your boudoir pictures - It was totally empowering and have really made me feel sexier!

Mon Amie was was of the first bridal stores I went to. I drove down to Costa Mesa from LA because I knew that they had a huge selection and I wanted to get a sense of the type of dress I wanted. I went during the day on a weekday and the salon was not super busy. There was maybe 1-2 other brides there while I was there. My consultant was very helpful and just sort of left me and my two good friends I brought in to look at dresses. She would come and grab what we liked and bring it to the room and I think she made a couple of her own suggestions, which I liked. She wasn't pushy, but she was very helpful and gave me her honest opinion about a dress that I liked but wasn't completely sold on. I tried on a Monique Lhuillier gown loved it. I hated the sash that was on it, so she brought in some other ones and we found one I loved. I walked around the salon in the dress and there was never a moment were I felt rushed at all. I told her I wanted to think about it and she told me to wait until the next month to order it if I decided to since they were having a trunk sale. I thought that was totally nice of her and really appreciated it. (You get 10% off at the trunk show).
When I called to make the appointment for the trunk show I wanted to get a quote for the sash I wanted, plus extra length since I knew those would be extras. I had planned to just get the dress from the Monique Lhuillier store up in LA if the cost wasn't that different so I wouldn't have to drive down to Costa Mesa. When I told her that is why I was asking, she told me to wait for a second and she went and asked her manager to give me a deal. I ended up getting the sash (normally about $125) and the extra length ($700) for free. Plus I got the 10% because it was a trunk show.
When I went again to order it, she was super helpful again and it was a great experience.
Picking it up was fine, but for some reason I felt like they didn't make it as special as I wanted it to be. It came in about month early and the day I went to pick it up the salon was super busy. They had me try it on in the outlet part of the store and the woman that helped me was sort of rushing me and seemed more interested in selling me a bra than letting me have that "I am in MY dress for the first time" moment.
I didn't get my alterations done there, so I can't speak so that at all :)

I ordered my invitations and all of my wedding day paper projects from Oblation Papers. I worked with Darci at the Bridgeport location who does the flat printing designs. She was super helpful and worked with me to design the invitations, response cards, "get the scoop" information cards, table numbers, place cards, programs, reserved seating signs and menus. She was responsive to my changes and got everything to me super fast! I would definitely recommend working with her - the shop also has beautiful letterpress invites that unfortunately were a tad out of my price range :) You can see pictures of my invites and other stuff in my bio.
