Incredibly rude and unprofessional...she kept playing phone tag and broke our appointment, rescheduling our meeting, would refuse to meet anywhere other than a wine bar near her work in the galleria at 530pm (not at the studio...and she wouldnt budge from this location--which is difficult if you are coming from anywhere else in downtown), and in the end...when I said it sounded like she didnt really want my business, she said, "I DONT!!!" and hung up on me.

Apparently she doesn't need reviews to get business.

Bill at FLoral Events was outstanding at his dedication and love for design. HE has a true artists eye and was able to really take my arrangements to the next level. Staying in the budget, he was really able to give more POW for cost of the arrangements...so much so that everyone was asking who did my arrangements and couldnt wait to take them home! He was timely, professional, and the flowers were so incredibly fresh...they lasted a long time!!!

affordable and Leslie who works here really makes the place. Everything was just perfect at the reception and all my guests had a great time. I would highly recommend it for couples looking to save some money with liquor, as you can bring in what you want them to serve. They have excellent connections with food, dj and makeup that really helped for the bride who doesnt have time to search for all of those things.

I was totally happy with all of my services there.

absolutely fantastic cake. everyone wanted more and totally ate it all up. They do their buttercream so smooth it looks like fondant...but probaly more affordable.

She really has a vision there with all your suggestions, and it was definitely one of the best cakes I've ever tasted.

we stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Kauai and had the most awesome time there...I highly recommend it...fantastic amenities, food and going for your honeymoon really makes it spectacular.

we did the helicopter tour, snorkled and drove around the island. Totally pristine in parts of this island...just beautiful

excellent selection and shipment of candy. Everything was fresh and sealed, and everyone loved my white jordan almonds and my gummy puff strawberries and grapefruits.

they demand overnighting any gummy candy, which costs a fortune but with Texas weather being like it is, you probably need to do this. I would definitely use this vendor again.

If I could give someone 0 stars, I would. Lauren at the Master Plan was helpful only until she received her check for over $1000, or half the amount of her proposed services. She did NOTHING to make our planning go smoothly or stress free. She went AWOL about 2-3 months before the wedding and would not answer phone calls or email. She has no "experienced staff" that she said was working for her and absolutely did NOTHING except name a couple of websites. We tried meeting with her and discussed her need to be a little more responsive...She made many promises but always failed to deliver. Finally we fired her and had to hire someone else to clean things up and start from scratch. SHe has made no offer to give us any money back.

ALthough she says she is in the business and seems reliable...BEWARE AND AVOID THIS WEDDING PLANNER AT ALL COSTS.
