My daughter was so pleased to have found Michele's Corner Cakes--the tasting was a great experience and she thought the cake was great. Her wedding was at the Hyatt in Santa Rosa. One vcake vendor she had checked the price was $300, which was half of what Michelle charged, but they were not available for the date of the wedding. This was a "destination" wedding which meant no one was local. As the bride was running around trying to catch a plane for the honeymoon, she was frantic to return the cake stand to Michele. I said, "Leave it at the front desk, she will pick it up." The bride, near hysterical now said, "She will put another $100 on my credit card if I do that." So, I had to return it to her home, which was not easy to find and I had no idea where we were going. I called Michelle and asked if she could pick it up and yes she could for $100. After all she had 5 cakes that weekend and couldn't pick them all up--didn't mind delivering, however! The cake was ok--not worth hassle. I advised wedding coordinator at Hyatt not to recommend.
