Kim is perfection. She's self-made and she knows her stuff. You definately get what you pay for, though, its sometimes not what you asked for. But, its always something you can love.

Is so obvious Myra loves what she does. I wanted to order something for our wedding, but the turnaround wouldn't work out. It one of only two regrets I have about the day...that says a lot.

I bought my wedding shoes here. They have the best selection and the best prices. A random note...I sent my mother my wedding shoes as a gift and she loved it. A nice sentiment to pass on ladies. Borrow this idea.

I love the fact that my wedding ring was purchased on ebay---it was the icing on a beautiful, low budget affair. I also reccomend it for dresses, favors, and other quirky items.

We rented the playground of Boise-Elliot Elementary. It was perfect for all ages. The kids were able to play, ample space for dancing, eating, and talking. And, the price? Can't beat it.

I was really pleased with the flowers from Whole Foods. So much less overhead than the private shops, but great quality product and plenty of flexibility.

I was super skeptical about seal-n-send as some of the samples are--lets just say it--awful. But, after searching, I found a lovely toile print on natural paper that I adored. It was perfect and cheap...but it looked custom because it was so different than the flat print with the tissue. Great value, but you have to search for something that isn't ugly. The proverbial little-girl-with-the-curl.

The Hollywood lighting people were awesome. They visited the site to ensure that I would have the right amount and placement at the wedding. They did this for free. Visiting the store was a pleasure as all of the agents are theater geeks--it took me back to high school...in a good way. We spent under 100 bucks, but the lighting made our wedding.

We couldn't be more pleased with Boone. Our engagement and wedding photos are so beautiful. The e-pics frame us as a couple, but they also brilliantly frame Portland--the city that I love so much. That was really important to me. Really, everything that I communicated to Boone as something of importance he treasured and communicated in the photos. I look at the wedding pics even today and it just makes me so happy. It reminds me of every emotion of the day. Most importantly, my dad, who wasn't able to be there, was able to look at them and not feel that he'd missed out. Thats huge. Thanks Boone.

I went into BCBG on a whim as I had a limited budget, but really specific taste. I tried on two dresses, and the second was THE ONE...A tiered satin column with a raw edge that I had modified from a straight strapless to a sweetheart neckline. I loved wearing it. More than that, I loved that it was made beautifully enough to look expensive, but was not so extravagant that we had to mortgage something to buy it. I could wear it again if I had it shortened or could pass it on to family. Ladies, I would check them out. They also are able to take credit cards over the phone (my dad paid from Kansas City).
