We had the groom's cousin perform the ceremony. We went online and registered him as a licensed officiant, and it didn't cost us anything. It was much nicer than having a stranger perform the ceremony.

I made my own centerpieces. I got 25 wine glasses and decorated them with garland and floating candles which turned out BEAUTIFUL. I also got all the bubbles etc for 1$ each for everything.

I bought all the flowers and ribbon at hobby lobby fo 50% off. They had a sale about every weekend which made purchasing everything very affordable.

We bought the groom's attire at Macy's. We got the pants, his shirt, and tie for only 80$. We couldn't find any shoes that fit him though.

I found the most adorible wedding invitations. They were a message in a bottle. They came with confetti, little wine glasses, bells, etc and the invitation fit in the bottle. We had to write out the invitations ourselves, but they turned out very cute.

We rented out the train Depot which had been redone to host parties. It was very easy to decorate and had a kitchen that we could prepare the food in. It already had the tables and chairs for people to eat and and a place for everyone to dance on. There was also a large park outside for the kids to play at.

We found an AMAZING site to have the wedding. It was BEAUTIFUL. You could rent out the park if you wanted to, which was priced at $800. We decided not to, we just went there and had the ceremony. There was another wedding going on at the same time, but the park was larger enought that we stayed completely out of eachothers way. We took our pictures there which turned out great.

A few of my brides maids were actually larger than most stores carried for, so we ended up going to a dress barn for plus sized women. We found so many selections that it was hard to choose from. THey were very reasonably priced, and it helped that it was going to be an outside wedding so they only needed summer dresses. They had such a large selection that we found the perfect dresses in the exact sizes that we needed.

I had a very limited budget to how much I could spend on my dress. I went hoping that I could find something in my size on the 99$ rack. I couldn't of course, and I ended up trying on atleast 20 dresses that didn't fit. We went to 2 different davids bridals. Finally I moved up a great deal in the price just to find one that I could actually fit into. I ended up finding the right size-it wouldn't even need altered AT ALL and of course the dress was 5X more than I could afford. I put the dress back and actually went online to the david's bridal website. I knew what size I needed and actually found a dress that was only sold online and it was only 20$ more than I could afford so I splurged.

We went to the saloon and danced to line dance and country music. We didn't rent it our or anything we just went there. It turned out we were the oldest people there though because we went on highschool night!! that will teach me to call ahead of time.
