Within 5 minutes of meeting Amanda Auer, I knew I wanted to hire her and her company. Her infectious personality and passion for her job radiate from her.

I hired Amanda to be my day of coordinator, but throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she leant herself as a cheerleader, mentor, and ultimate source of support. She truly cares for her clients and you feel taken care of, not ONLY as a client, but as a friend. She is always so prompt to respond that you feel like her only client, though goodness knows, she keeps VERY busy.

Although I had pretty much all of my details and vendors in place, Amanda offered much insight into the timeline of the day, vendors, and any other random question I had regarding weddings. She is experienced, calm, and collected.

I gave her massive amounts of DIY for set up and she executed this all flawlessly. My husband and I felt happy and carefree the day of the wedding and felt that not one thing detracted from the event; not a single thing went wrong (that we were made aware of!)

I could not recommend In the Now Weddings more. We were so very happy to have her be a part of our special day.

Angie provided us with gorgeous pintuck linens and chair covers w/sash at a fraction of the cost that I was quoted by other suppliers. Thoughout the entire process, she was quick to respond over email and phone. She provides wonderful service and guidance to her clients, without a hint of pushiness or dishonesty.

There are no hidden charges to be found here: all tax, delivery, setup and strike was included in the price. Best of all, I only paid for the amount I needed upon my final guest count.

FROM THE HUSBAND: Allen was simply incredible. We hired a DJ, but he pretty much leant himself as a coordinator, usher, bouncer, and even a wedding planner. Extremely professional and courteous, and very versatile, and I haven't even talked about the music yet!

Considering our eclectic group of guests, I must say that Allen's choice of songs throughout the night was THE reason why EVERYONE had such a great time. He got my fiancee's grandfather, who by no means is familiar to Western-style weddings, to improvise tai-chi exercises on the dance floor; he got toddlers to boogie-down, bachelors and bachelorettes to shake that thing, all the while working his magic to get people to actually enjoy my favorite music: the humdrum sounds of the 80's/90's.

If I ever get married again, he would be my first choice. I strongly recommend you to consider no one else but Allen.


FROM THE WIFE: As my husband said above, Allen goes above and very far beyond his duties as a DJ. Within 5 minutes of my first phone conversation with him, I knew that we would be hiring him.

He is incredibly organized, readily available, and quick to respond. He anticipates the things you do not, ahead of time, and is so skilled at what he does, that he gives incredible advice in regards to the night's timeline and flow of events.

He worked in my music requests at the perfect moments, kept the night flowing smoothly, and made sure people were having an amazing time. I felt like we were well taken care of and throughout the planning process, never gave a second thought to our hiring choice.

Allen also provided us with LED uplighting for a VERY reasonable price, and a projector for the slideshow. These are all just bonus rentals that he offers to his clients. He was always on time (regardless of by phone or in person) and well prepared for any question or request I threw at him. He's a class act without a hint of cheesiness.
