My Husband I were fortunate enought to have Stephen officiate our wedding. He was truly one of the nicest and most sincere people I have met. He's puctual, organized and articulate. I had to contact him a couple weeks before the wedding with a possible problem with our marriage license. **Just so you know, the State of California does not accept a temporary drivers license as a valid form of ID when applying for a marriage license :(
Stephen researched this and was able to provide me another solution. In the end, everything worked out, I had a marriage license, an officiant and memories to last a lifetime.
