My experience with Bella was not good the only thing they focused on was money!!! I made several attempts to speak with my consultant and I was told she was new so give her some time. I already gave them a deposit to secure my wedding date but it's not worth the lack of communication and the sales approach I was given. I decided to go with a photographer that I can talk to and get to know early on in the process. The thought of them matching me up with a photographer and not getting that personal touch put the icing on the cake for me to change. When picking a nationwide company be careful because the photographer is working for a company and their name is not on the product!
