I got married Feb 19th, 2011 and I have to say part of the success in my wedding was working with The Ultimate Affaire. Lindsey and the entire team at The Ultimate Affaire were terrific!

We interviewed several caterers and knew immediately The Ultimate Affaire was the best match for us. Lindsey listened to what I didn't want and came up with exactly what I did want.

The food was amazing. We had appetizers which were tasty and unique so for you brides looking for something different, these guys have it! After the appetizers, we had a sit down dinner for about 100. It started with a great Caesar salad, which had just the right about of dressing and flavor. Finally, we had a lovely portion of filet mignon, potatoes, and green beans which were all cooked perfectly, even with at least a 30 minute delay in the start of our wedding. The Ultimate Affaire also had a great selection for kids. For our guests that were vegetarians, they created a stuffed mushroom that may have been better than the beef and I was thrilled to not serve those guests the typical pasta dish. Also, I had a few guests with dietary restrictions and The Ultimate Affaire handled these requests without skipping a beat- true professionals!

Besides the amazing food, the service was outstanding! No detail was too small, no request was too large. If I had any questions Lindsey was not only available to answer the questions and extremely timely as well, but she had great suggestions to go wtih the answers.

Brides- you won't go wrong with The Ultimate Affaire! They are professional, high quality, and great to work with.
