Brides to Be - Do Not Shop At This Store!

I had the worst experience at this store. The owner Jay has no remorse for the way he treated me.

I rented a dress in May 2009 only to find out there was a stain on it. I returned it the next day and asked to have it re-cleaned. When the stain did not come off, I asked for a refund.

Jay refused to give me my money back claiming that he had to charge me for his time and services even though he admits that the stain is still on the dress, which it is. He told me that I should have worn the dress because the stain will not show up in photos. What kind of professional asks a bride to wear a dress with a stain on it?!?

I can't tell you how sick it makes me feel to know there are people like this out there trying to take advantage of brides, especially when I already spent hundreds of dollars at this store.

Save yourself from having to deal with these type of people. Go where service is exceptional. The last thing you need is more stress.
