My husband and his groomsmen rented their tuxedos from Weitzenkorn's (Pottstown, PA) and they (and I!) were extremely pleased with the service. They had a diverse selection of colors and styles, and our wedding was just simply black & white, but we were still able to choose satin and no design for the vests and ties. The people were very friendly and helpful, and they were able to pick up their tuxes (which were very clean and even smelled nice) on time. I don't remember what they spent, but we had looked at a bunch of places, and Weitzenkorn's was the most affordable and had the best service.

Our limousine experience was so much fun! The driver was very friendly and accommodating and he knew the directions to everywhere we wanted to go. And he was dressed in a tux. He had a nice selection of limos in black and white, and free champagne for the wedding party AND a red carpet (it was laid out from the limo to the church steps and we felt like celebrities: so fun!) came with the service! That was awesome. My wedding party was 13 people total and we were all able to squeeze into the 10-person limo pretty comfortably after the ceremony on the way to our picture site then the reception. There were also free snacks, water, and soda in the limo for us, too. The inside and outside of the limo were very clean. I highly recommend T&S Limousines (Pottstown, PA) because I got so much more than what we paid. Their price even included tip, but we tipped him extra anyway because the driver really went above and beyond.

I found Invitations by Dawn in a wedding invitation catalogue, and so I checked out its website and was very pleased with what I found. They offer sample requests so you can actually have an invitation in your hands before you settle on one to buy. I requested a couple samples (all free of course) and eventually settled on the seal and sends (SO much simpler to address and send out) and they turned out beautiful and perfect. And they arrived within 2 weeks that I ordered them wrapped in protective plastic in a sturdy box. I also got free shipping and handling with a coupon code they gave me when I ordered the free samples.

My husband bought my beautiful engagement ring at Steven Singer Jewelers (Philadelphia, PA), and he had so many good things to say about the place. He had been looking for an engagement ring for 5 months before he went to Steven Singer, and they were so helpful and accommodating and he was able to find the perfect ring for me. So we decided to go back there to choose our wedding rings. They helped us find the perfect diamond wedding ring for me that matched my engagement ring perfectly. My husband isn't a jewelry person and didn't want any shine or sparkle, and they were able to show him a fine selection of simple but beautiful men's wedding bands. And we were able to make a great deal: my husband's band was free and the engraving on my band was free. They are SO friendly over there, and they always offer drinks or some kind of treat. Oh, and my husband got a parking ticket, and they paid for it and then paid for us to park in the garage. Excellent service and beautiful rings!

We chose to get married at St. Aloysius Church in Pottstown, PA, and it is probably the most beautiful church I've ever seen. It's a huge stone church and looks like a cathedral, so the pictures we got taken outside of it are really incredible. The priest was so nice (and funny!), and the church coordinator was the nicest woman ever. She made us feel very comfortable and kept the ceremony running smoothly without any mishaps. The pastor doesn't like pictures taken inside the church (it has something to do with using the altar as a prop), but the ceremony coordinator let us in for pictures anyway. The only decorations I ended up bringing to the church were a few pew bows and flowers for the pews because the church was already decorated with beautiful ferns and flowers at the altar; it's like that year-round. I could've brought my own flowers, but since it was already to beautifully decorated, it saved us some money! I was very pleased with how well the ceremony went and how accommodating everyone at the church was. I don't remember how much we paid; not much, that's for sure!

We had our reception at St. Gabriel's Lodge in Stowe, PA, and I'm so glad we did! It was extremely affordable, the food was fantastic, the people were so approachable and friendly, and the entire experience was wonderful. I told them exactly what we wanted, and the people there made sure they did just that. The best part about it was that it was only $16.95/person and to rent the room for 5 hours was only $150. The food tasted homemade and was so delicious. There are two rooms to choose from, and I chose the room with the huge dance floor. Everything was very clean and set up perfectly. It was a really wonderful place, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere helped make the reception so much fun!

David's Bridal was fabulous! David's Bridal was the very first place my five bridesmaids, mom, and I went to look for dresses, and it was also the last: we found my dress, the flowergirl dress, bridesmaids dresses, and my mom's dress in just 3 hours on that very day! We had a helper named Lauren, and she was wonderful. I told her kind of what we were looking for, and she came back with lots of dresses for me to choose from, and she even chose dresses that she thought I might like just in case: and sure enough, the dress I ended up buying was one I didn't really want to try on, but Lauren told me just to try it because you never know. And sure enough, I loved it when I put it on. My bridesmaids found a perfect dress that looked beautiful on each of the bridesmaids different body types, and since it was black and stylishly simple, they each have already worn them again!

Prices: My dress was on sale for $350, my mom's dress was on sale for $120, my bridesmaids dresses were on sale for $90, and the flowergirl dress was on sale for $60. We were all extremely pleased with how little we paid because we had budgeted for more. It was a really great experience at David's Bridal: oh, and our dresses arrived early, too!

I ordered my wedding cake from Churchill Artisan Bakery and Chocolatiere (based in Pottstown, PA) and I was extremely pleased with the design and the taste. The baker could design ANY cake you wanted- and I do mean anything. I wanted a zebra-striped cake, and she created it! It was so awesome and tasted like a homemade cake! They were really great to work with: friendly and very concerned with what I wanted exactly.

I was recommended to Photography by Janet M. Jones (based in Phoenixville, PA) by a family member, and I sure am glad I chose her. Her professionalism was unmatched, and she was so friendly! My flowergirl was really shy and didn't like smiling during the picture-taking, but Janet was always able to coax a smile out of her. My wedding theme was a black and white wedding, and Janet even dressed in black and white to blend in with everyone- people barely knew she was there, which made for fantastic candid photos! The pictures (she took 1,000+ pictures) are BEAUTIFUL!! I was stunned when I finally saw them because I had no idea how incredible the pictures would look. I ordered a photo album and a photo book, and the photo book is the most beautiful thing. She's a true artist and has a sharp eye for catching the little things that make a picture really stand out beautifully. I highly recommend her if you want beautiful pictures that make you feel like you're back on your wedding day when you look at them!

Black Tie Productions (based in Royersford, PA) was the DJ for our wedding, and they were incredible! A friend of mine actually recommended it to me. I met with the DJ, James Walters, before the wedding, and he asked me how I wanted to plan the reception events (when to do the dancing, bouquet and garter tosses, etc.). Then he asked me the names of the wedding party and how to pronounce them correctly, and he asked what kind of music I wanted and specific songs to play. It was a very thorough meeting; furthermore, he followed what I had planned perfectly during our reception! He got major bonus points when he came to the back room before me and the wedding party entered to personally ask each member of my wedding party the pronunciation of their names just to be positive that he announced them correctly. And he did! The DJ played every song I requested and followed the plan and he was just so nice and approachable and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was wonderful to have a DJ who seemed to care about the event as much as my husband and I did! All of my guests said it was the best reception they had ever been to, and I know that's mostly because Black Tie Productions kept the party going with their excellent professionalism and fun entertainment.
