Reverend Jeri Murphy was recommended by Michaela of PLUSH Wedding. She took the script Keri and Scot had written, added a bit, suggested a couple of things, and produced a beautiful, special, and meaningful ceremony. From the bride, "This was another area where I felt out of my element. Rev. Jeri was careful to consider the ideas we had already presented and guide us with her experience. After talking with her on the phone even the first time I was completely at ease with the ceremony and looking forward only to being 'in the moment' for the whole thing. I believe our ceremony was truly beautiful. I will be forever grateful for her suggestion and guidance through writing our own vows. I would never have believed this could be so classy and meaningful."

What Katie of Ambience did with the flowers was fabulous! We found Katie both through the Ambience website and Michaela of PLUSH Wedding. The pictures on the website reflect talent and expertise with flowers as well as ingenuity. She took the “soft, textured, romantic” look that Keri expressed and was genuinely enthusiastic about making it happen. Our budget was limited but Katie worked with us – what resulted was spectacular! The whole room came together beautifully. From the bride: “Katie’s work was without a doubt one of my favorite parts of the whole event. She brought me a long way from a girl who said 'the flowers are not so important' to 'I want something new and different'. It was obvious she takes pride in her work and from the moment we met I knew everything would be beautiful.”

We heard great things about CACC and had attended a wedding there. The grounds and building are perfect for a wedding. It was beautiful and fun. However, over all our opinion of the Croatian has been tainted. Considering we were so excited to be using that location we felt that through the whole process they were a bit “aloof”. It seemed that our several meetings with them did not result in any hard facts or plans and were often pointless. We never saw them write down any of the things we wanted and SEVERAL of the things we specifically covered more than once did not happen. The food was delicious but a bit sparse, the beer was in bottles not the promised kegs and though they were supposed to back our liquor they ran out of Vodka! The desert provided to supplement the cake never got served...The bar issues in particular were covered at EVERY meeting with them. The overall impression they left on us was very “take it or leave it”. They were not concerned at all with our event specifically and throughout made us feel like one in an assembly line. If we had fallen off the line they would not have cared or noticed. (Anita was an exception to all of the above and truly saved the day).
