I ordered my veil from Occansey a few days ago, and have already received it. Its perfect, it was very inexpensive, and it is just what I was looking for. My mom helped me pick it out, we sat at her computer and looked at several different veils and then built my veil. It is a very easy website to navigate, and they have a lot of pictures of veils from several angels.

I highly recommend them to a bride who cannot afford a veil from the bridal shops. I found one in a shop I adored but it was $200....and I saw the price tag and was like...No way, there is no way I can enjoy this when I am gonna rip it off my head right after the ceremony.

The cakes were very good. They were the first bakery we looked into. At first we were very happy and very sure we were going to get a cake from them. But then, we went to 3 more cake tastings, and realized that they were double the price of the other 3 places. We were quoted in the $700's for a cake for 125 and then a sheet cake for 50 more. The other 3 places were between $350 and $400....for a cake for 150 people. So, we went with another vendor, whos cakes tasted just as good.

We love Megan, she is organized, creative and enthusiastic. My fiance and I just decided to go with her for our wedding, we met with her last weekend, and she was so nice and listened and undestood what our overall theme was. A few weeks ago I met with a florist that my location rep had recommended. So my mother and I went and I had pictures and ideas i wanted him to incorporate. Our theme is daisies, and I told him i dont want roses, at all...no roses. I love roses, but they are a little too formal for our wedding and I want the whole night to be fun, I want daisies i want poms, I am open to other kind of flowers as well.... Well this florist kept pushing roses on me...I just sort of let him because I knew I wasnt going to go with him...and I just wanted to get through the session...anyways....back to Megan

I said, I really dont want roses and she understood...and she came up with tons of ideas and suggestions and actually looked at the pictures i showed her. She is great and I trust her. I highly recommend her to anyone in Southern California. She is also a coordinator.
I will keep adding my praise as we get closer to the date.

we used vistaprint to do our save the date magnets, they came out very cute...not exatly what we thought..the color was a little different then we had imagined...but it worked since we are using many shades of yellow. Overall we are please with the magnets and keep getting complimented on them

I have been here two times to try on dresses...and the second time I confirmed my dress...I tried it on the first time....and came back the second...and was even more in love with it. The girls who work here are very sweet and helpful...and they have a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses, and they give you a discount if you get all your bridesmaids dresses through them. I highly recommend them.

Update: I have had several instances at this location that have made me frsuterated. I dont feel like I have asked a lot from this bridal salon...but I keep getting the run around, unreturned calls...misinformation. I have spent a lot of money here ie: we bought my wedding dress here, all 5 bridesmaid dresses, my bra and my crinoline here...not to mention they are doing my alterations.

In the long run everything has been fine, but it wasnt a great process. ( I would take away stars if I could)

They are still calling me about dress preservation. There is no way I would go here for dress preservation...not with the way things turned out before the wedding.

I love the Enchanted Florist...I had first seen some of their flowers at Portos in Burbank, and thought they were beauiful. I grabbed a card and made an appointment with her later that day. When I walked into her cute little shop, I was like wow....I bet this is going to be really expensive. But, I went through with the meeting and had pictures and ideas, and Kim went with them. I felt instantly safe with her....like she would take my ideas and do a fabulous job. At the end of the meeting, the quote she gave me was very reasonable. Her centerpiece price was the same as one I made myself a couple days previous, and I loved her stuff much more then the centerpieces I had made on my own. I met with another florist, who listened to my ideas and wasnt as thrilled with them, and sort of tweaked them a little....his ideas were similar but I wasnt as happy with them...and his price was several hundred more then the Enchanted Florist.....So I have some thinking...but I am pretty sure I am using The Enchanted Florist.

this is where I found the dress unfortunatly they mostly have sample sizes of 8 and 10...and I am not either of those...but it laced up in the back...so I got a pretty good idea of how it looked...but I took one of my bridesmaids with me...and she said that its the one...I am going later this week with my mom...and I might have my dress...yeah!!!!!

The girls that work there are very sweet...not as helpful as other places..but they have a lot of people to deal with so its understandable...a nice thing about Pebble is that they have a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses...

I recommend going on a weekday...cause it gets Busssssyyyyyy....on the weekends

This is the place...I am getting married here...in an outdoor ceremony in a garden, and a reception in one of the halls to follow. I am working with Robbie, she is great and very helpful. The price includes a day of coordinator, and rehearsal, a dressing lounge, set up and take down, linens and plenty of parking. I am very happy with my decision.

We went for a cake tasting here last weekend. The cake was very good...the pineapple filling with white cake was our'e favorite, the champagne cake a close second. They are very affordable and Leann was great...she answered allmy questions, and had suggestions about the cake design, letting us know if something may not work. Pluskos is definatly in the running...

We just booked Ryan to do our wedding....both my fiance and I work in the film industry and our schedules are constantly changing...so he was awesome he allowed us to keep changing our intitial meeting, and he drove to us..which we appreciated. He was quite, but I like that in a videographer, they should not be the center of attention...He also didnt try to add things on to our package that we didnt want. His website is very easy to navigate, and for our meeting he showed us some other weddings he had done. He is also easy going with the payment plans, which is nice for our budget. I recommend him, and after my wedding I will write more.
