This was the worst part of the wedding because they were a hour and a half late. The driver said it was because she had gotten lost numerous times. I don't see how this could have happened, not only did I call and give them directions, my coordinator called three times to give them directions to make sure they wouldn't get lost. Eventhough, they were very apologetic there is no excuse for being that late.

We really enjoyed ourselves during dinner. All of their staff were very helpful. The manager even helped us set up our slide show. The prices and the location were perfect for us.

I really enjoyed working with Julie. She can make anything you want. And it only took her two weeks to get them to me. I was torn between two different invitation's so she made them into one. I was so impressed by her work and her prices.

Regina does my hair on a regular basis, so I felt comfortable with her doing my hair. She gave me a simple updo in which I loved. She blocked out Saturday for me, so she could make sure my hair stayed in place.

My husband had a red velvet cake with the greek letters for his fraternity printed on the top. He's an Omega and their colors are purple and gold. I told them the colors and the letters had to match the picture exactly or the cake would have to be done over. The salesman assured me everything would turn out perfect. I didn't have time to and get the cake, so I had a friend do it for me. Unfortunately, the greek letters were perfect, but the colors were off. Instead of decorating the cake with purple and gold, they did it with blue and red. How they got blue and red from purple and gold I still don't know. We did decide to serve the cake, but we cut it in the back. We got so many compliments on how good the cake was. I was just disappointed about the decorations.

Since our wedding was only in the day we had to start getting our face done at 7am. She arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I requested for everybody's make-up to look natural, and she honored my request. I was very impressed with her work and the time it took her to do everybody's make-up.

The only thing I didn't like is he didn't want to introduce the bridal party. And he only played two songs from the song list. Eventhough, he played artists that we liked, I would have preferred to have the songs played that I wanted. I guess I shouldn't complain because he only charged me $300.

I really enjoyed my experience with this bridal shop. I ordered ten dresses from them and I received them three weeks prior to the date she promised. She discounted so much because we needed ten.

They did a fantastic job! We picked our tuxedos up the Thursday before the wedding and they had all the tuxedos were the correct size. Unfortunately, one of my usher's found out he had to work on my wedding day the week before the wedding, so we ended up cancelling his tuxedo. On Friday, his boss told him he could have Saturday off. I called them Friday afternoon to see if there was anyway I could get the tuxedo by that evening. They told me it wouldn't be a problem, and they would have it by 3pm.

I absolutely loved this bridal shop. They recently remodeled their store to add more designer dresses. Rosa helped me and she went over and beyond the call of duty. She took her time with me and let me try on numerous dresses. I was debating on getting my dress online, but it scared me a little. So I told her my situation, and she sold me the dress for a very reasonable price. Since I am so tall I had trouble finding a petticoat that had extra, extra length. All I did was call her and she told me she would have one the following week.
