For our wedding, I ordered cream colored truffle favors (2 per box) from Godiva. I had ordered little tags online that had our date and names and provided them to Godiva to tie onto the boxes.

Godiva completed them on time, packaged them nicely and they were beautiful on the tables.

I had extras that were a hot commodity after the wedding!

If I could get on a plane tomorrow and return to the Royal Plantation, I would.

From the moment we stepped onto the property until the moment we left, we had incredible service. We were greeted with hot towels and champagne, our room was spectacular, the restaurants were fantastic and the service was amazing.

Every morning, as soon as we got to the beach, we were greeted by employees who asked us where we wanted to sit and the beverage server knew what we wanted after the first day.

The beach was beautiful and there was not one bad day (even when it rained!).

Highly recommend the Royal Plantation!

My husband and I used Liberty Travel in River Edge, NJ, to book our honeymoon. We have a travel agent there that we have used for other vacations, and she was great. We got married in May, and we knew we wanted to go to the Carribbean, but we needed guidance.

Our agent, MaryBeth Duffy (and later, Helen McMahon), was extremely helpful in providing information about different locales and outlining costs, etc.

We decided on the Royal Plantation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica for our trip and flew first class. We only had one glitch, and that was due to the fact that the airline changed planes for our trip home - we were unable to fly first class home, but received a voucher for the balance. When we did not hear from the airline in a few months, Helen followed up with her contact and the refund was almost immediate.

We are actually traveling to Aruba at the end of the summer for a belated one-year anniversary trip and that trip was booked through Liberty as well.

I worked with Papyrus at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, New Jersey, for my invitations. I was lucky because my sister was working there at the time.

Our invitations set the mood for our entire affair. They were unique and Papyrus offered superior quality. We used Elite Invitations.

My sister, who was also the Maid of Honor, also used Papyrus for my Bridal Shower and we used them for our Engagement Party invitations.

A wonderful selection, professional service and a beautiful product.

My husband is a very picky person - which I guess says a lot about me! He spent over three months researching rings and finally purchased my engagement ring from blue nile. He got a fantastic stone, a beautiful setting and all his questions answered...

We went back and used Blue Nile for our mothers' gifts and they were equally accommodating.

My entire bridal party went to Panico salon for their hair and makeup. Everyone was very professional and respectful. The appointments were kept and we left on time.

My hair was done by Elva and she truly replicated a look I had seen in a bridal magazine. I have very curly hair and she kept me natural but classy. My makeup was done by Maryann and she did a phenomenal job. I have another wedding coming up (where I get to attend as a guest) and I plan on going there for hair and makeup.

Carol Moore was fantastic. She provided music we chose and did it with class. Music makes the event and she was open to all our suggestions, played what we wished and was, as she put it, a "quiet linebacker" when fielding requests.

She made our night special and I would definitely use her again and recommend her to future couples.

I found my wedding dress at RK Bridal the first time I went looking. It was the third dress I tried on. RK was wonderful and offered a great value for the money.

They were flexible in dealing with me as I got pneumonia before my wedding and had to change a fitting appointment - they rescheduled without a problem.

Juan was my tailor for every fitting and he designed cap sleeves for my dress that matched perfectly.

Everyone there treated us with respect and support.

I know it's biased, but by far, the best wedding cake I've ever had. My mom, then-fiance, sister and mother in law came with us to the Homestyle Desserts bakery in Peekskill. They took a lot of time with us, gave us samplings and worked with us based on our overall theme.

I sent ribbon that my florist provided and the cake arrived and was perfect. We got tons of compliments from our guests.

Susan made the wedding what it was. She spent hours with us whenever we had meetings, listened to our ideas and made them a reality. I will truly never forget the moment I walked into our reception hall and saw the vision that had lived in my head in reality right in front of me.

I would use her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her for any event floral work.
