We booked them one month prior to the event. They were professional, on time and looked great. The prices were also very reasonable. A great service!

A great way to provide fun facts about the city in each cookie and they give over 100 different messages so it is not repetitive. They are sealed fresh and crunchy. And the ordering is easy. It’s also kosher and they can let guests know on the sealed wrapper. Cost was $75 for 300 inidividually wrapped cookies. The chinese takeout boxes were bought from uline.com. Cost was $16 for 100 pint size boxes. We bought clear address labels that printed out in red “Taste of NYC Fortune Cookies that we used to seal the top.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. Phenomenal service and really spacious hotel suite. We were able to book through a promotion so the rates were great and we were able to upgrade to the one bedroom luxury and both parents could upgrade as well. Especially considering the amount of people in my suite the day of the wedding, it was worth every penny. I had about 15 people in my suite that day. But you would never even notice. They welcomed us with a fruit basket and congratulated with chocolate strawberries and champagne. The reason for the A is because they didn’t tell us that if you give them a debit/credit card, they immediately charge you for the nights plus 10% for incidental. Then when you leave they charge you for actual cost. IT takes about 2 or 3 days for the first charge to be credited. And that really blows when you plan on using it for your honeymoon. We were lucky that we didn’t need it quickly. So my advice is to place it on a regular charge to save you the hassle.

Phenomenal service, food and ambience. They are a bit pricey but I think they are worth it. You have your own private room with about 4 servers. The difference between them and other restaurants is that the menu allows your guests to choose one of 4 appetizers, one of 5 entrees and one of 4 desserts. Other restaurants give very limited choices. And you, as the host, get to choose from a wider selection of what those choices will be. They customize a menu with a custom title and place it at each guest’s place setting. They also provided seafood platters at each table for 6 which is included in the price. The reason I gave only an A was because my name was spelled wrong on the menu and when my FIL said his speech, even with the room completely closed, you could still hear the noise from outside which was a bit loud. But all in all, a fantastic dinner!

We booked the checkered cab and we could not have been more pleased. Plenty of room, great driver and immaculate. They were on time and reasonably priced. Peter, the guy we booked with, was very communicative and just a great person to speak to. No worries!!!

A great experience. Erin will work tirelessly until you have exactly what you want. I really wanted something unique but everything I saw was incredibly expensive. We took one style and created one that was similar. I loved it as did everyone who received it. I did not give her an A+ because some of the envelopes unglued on the side. Nothing came out but that was a bit stressful. But the only reason for this was because she had to make them herself since we could not find the exact color in premade envelopes.

She was extremely great to work with, flexible schedule, and she did a great job. She is very talented. And I met with her a number of times since I brought the dress in 6 months before the wedding. I had to only give her an A because she placed snaps for the French bustle. IT looked amazing but they are not very secure. I do highly recommend her but I would definitely ask her for an alternative to snaps.

We had 3 lessons plus the ½ hour consultation. My husband does not dance at all and I tend to lead. We just didn’t want to look stoic and uncomfortable. So in that time, they taught us how to move together and add spins. The goal was to give us that comfort level and just have fun with it. I could not believe we pulled it off! Not only did we have fun with it but we worked the room with every move we learned. One piece of advice they gave us that helped – when the music begins, have him hold your hand and walk you around the dance floor in a circle. It’s almost like him introducing you to everyone as his wife. IT’s not only a nice thing to do but it relaxes the both of you. Then you just move into the dance. I highly recommend them!!!!

Kiriba, our decorator, is amazing. We met with him once and I outlined everything I was thinking of. They stayed within budget and the second meeting we had, they provided us with samples which was exactly how I envisioned them. Soooo satisfied with my bouquet and everyone else in the party. I added draping to the ceiling above the dance floor and, instead of the traditional draping where it all comes to the center, he did this amazing haphazard draping that looked modern and stylish. Loved it! Although I was not going to have a placecard table centerpiece to save costs and he was only going to transfer one of the tall centerpieces from a table and then move it, I noticed that a tall centerpiece remained at the table and the favors were put out on that same table at the end of the reception. A wonderful nice surprise! The only reason why I could not add a plus to the grade was because they forgot the ringbearer pillow. But it really didn’t matter since my nephew is such a ham and was waving to the crowd. And they created flower purses for the FGs and that came out so cute.

You love them on tape but is it true to their sound? Feeling nervous since you didn’t meet them? The one thing we had going for us is that we knew the base player and have seen him play in another band in City lounges. And he is amazing. And do not worry because they are truly an amazing band. I was a bit concerned that people wouldn’t dance because it was a day affair but they had people moving and shaking! We could not have been more pleased. He played almost all of our requests. Our first dance song was not typical and they did a perfect job. The guests could not stop raving about the music and they could not believe how the songs really sounded like the actual songs. The dance floor was packed and my husband even danced a few songs and that is a huge feat!!!!
