We found Angela through one of her blog posts, and contacted her through e-mail. She was located in New York and we are in CA. After talking to her on the phone once and seeing her images I was certain she was going to do an amazing job.

So....we took her with us on our destination wedding in the Dominican Republic, and actually met her for the first time there! Upon first meeting her in the lobby I was immediately at ease, she is so warm and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. We were so happy and excited to have found her and could not wait for her to shoot our wedding.

On the day of the wedding she made the getting ready shots fun and fit right in with my bridesmaids, it felt like we had known her years! Throughout the ceremony and reception she was unobtrusive and caught so many moments that we would have otherwise missed. When we were looking at the photos following the wedding we couldn't believe how many images she captured when we didn't even know she was there. One of the best feelings was looking through our photographs and feeling as if we were back in the Dominican Republic in that very moment.

I can't imagine having another photographer with us to capture the most amazing day of our lives. Her creativity, vision and passion for what she does continue to amaze me each time that I look at and show off our photos.

I found Bonnie's posting that she was offering to do florals at cost plus 10%, and I thought it was too good to be true. Fast forward 1 week and I have not only fallen in love with her sample designs that she created but have been beyond impressed with her service. She responds promptly to e-mails, listens and has extensive knowledge on the seasons of flowers and what will work well together.

I am so excited to see the finished product on our wedding date, and will make sure to write a follow up review and to post pictures!

So the first alterations woman that I visited I found through a search on Google. When I arrived and her home I found that her shop was in her garage which was cold, dark and littered with pieces of fabric and dust all over the floor. I was SO turned off and came home extremely discouraged.

Then I turned to PW (which I should have done in the first place) and found Mahtab. After reading through all of her wonderful reviews my faith was renewed in wedding dress seamstresses. I e-mailed her immediately and heard back within 24 hours (kudos to her for a prompt response) with suggested appointment dates and times. When I a arrived at her home I was greeted by such a genuinely kind woman and I immediately knew I was in good hands.

She took me into her dressing/alterations room which was nicely decorated, bright, cozy and CLEAN (immacuately clean in fact). It was exactly what I had pictured that it should be like:)

She was fast, listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. The price tag was a little more than I was expecting, but well worth the cost of $250 for hemming, bustle and taking in the dress from a size 6 to a size 4. And she has a super fast turn around time, I pick up my dress on 2/8/10!

We found Duane here on Project Wedding and fell in love with his images. We booked him last week and are super excited for our e-session.

We had our engagement session with Duane a few weeks ago, and had an amazing time. Even tough we spent close to 5 hours shooting the time flew by because we were having so much fun. He was easy to work with, gave us great instruction and encouragement and had so many creative ideas.

When we received our actual pictures we were blown away, words cannot describe how much we love our images. He captured our emotions, the location and has such a creative style of shooting. If I could give ten stars I would, and I highly recommend Duane to any bride lucky enough to work with him.

Our wedding is in 2 months and I can't wait to see those pictures!
