Three reasons why I like seal-n-send:
1. The final product is lightweight so you just use standard postage and the response card attached along a perforated edge is actually a postcard, so even more savings with that!
2. They have tons of designs, both very simple and very ornate, and i can attest, after receiving several samples, the quality of the paper is fantastic.
3. I have received more samples, spent more hours on the internet searching, and I have not found a single value better than seal-n-send inviations! seal-n-send.com

The bridesmaid dresses at J. Crew are fabulous. Not only do they ship quickly, but they are TRUE TO SIZE unlike most every other company. They fabrics are truly of the highest quality and are very well-made. They are versatile enough so that they are not just bridesmaid dresses, and the various patterns are very flattering. This company is also ideal if you are looking for many different looks in one color for your maids 9as I have been).
I know there are vicious rumors circulating nowadays that David's Bridal is an awful place with terrible customer service and quality, but I don't see how this could possibly be true. I worked with not just one, but THREE DIFFERENT associates, at different, and a fourth opened my credit card for me. They were nothing but helpful, friendly, courtesous, and best yet, they were true listeners. They didn't try to push a sale, but instead sought out the dresses I was looking for and gave advice. A+!

I walked into this swanky bridal shop and almost immediately turned around, as I was sure that nothing would be in my price range. However, I grinned and beared it and immediately told the sales girl my price range before we even began to talk about silhouette. Though she acknowledged that that would be difficult to fulfill, she said she would do her best to help me. She showed me to the racks within my price range, and also showed me the samples. I was able to find a sample that was gorgeous and in perfect condition. Gorgeous! No beads missing, nothing ripped or stained. Never once did she try to push the limits of my budget by showing me any other dresses.

I originally approached this with some hesitation, as I was very gung-ho about possibly doing the food myself. However, ionce we chose our venue, we had to used one of their preferred vendors (lest we pay a fee), so I looked into Carole Parks. I was very frank with Karleen (one of the account executives) in telling her my budget was low and I wanted a no-frills simple Southern brunch buffett. She and their chef created a fabulous menu that was EXACTLY what I wanted. They are also providing the cake, as well as table linens as it is cheaper (and less hassle) to rent from them. Since I am getting married in an off month, I also get my choice of china, silverware, and cloth napkin (and I was all ready for paper and plastic).

Are you and your fiance a cookie cutter? NO! Then neither should your wedding pictures be!!!!!!!!! After speaking with the associated on the phone, I couldn't get over the lack of personalization. I felt like I was talking to a robot. They may have inexpensive prices, but not necessarily a good value. Equally good deals can be found with great photographers if you look enough.

Don't let the pictures fool you -- this space is tiny, not to mention dirty. They say you can have 175 seated, but that's only if they were standing with absolutly no tables or anyting else. A ceremony/reception combo is not even feasible. Only plus is, as the name indicates, a great "view," however this view is only accessible to a few people at a time in their tiny cramped upstairs room. Better to go directly across the street to the Foundry at Puritan Mill where you pay half the price and get twice the space.

What a lobely afternoon I spent with my mother at the Georgia Bridal Show (by Elite Events). Thoguh most of my planning is out of the way, I plan on going again in September so that my fiance can experience it all. However, if you go, don;t bother eating lunch beforehand. With so many vendors, you'll find quite a meal by going booth to booth and sampling!

a gorgeous venue -- my FI and I are using this for our ceremony AND reception. Beautiful, translucent curtains come with the rental, as do a lot of plusses. This is a stunning location, exposed beams, brick walls, a renovated warehouse space. Contemporary, but warm. The account executive, Kristin, is great. If the rates seem a bit high, check out Saturday afternoon, Sunday (any time Sunday) or Jan/Feb/March. Lots of surprises with this venue.

This company is fabulous -- it's run by a husband and wife and their son and daughter-in-law. They are not out to scam you -- they truly are wedding enthusiasts. And they are not just photographers -- they are artists. Stunning work . . . all personalized to the individuality of the couple. No "signature," campy shots. Beautiful work.
