The website looked really nice, but the best parts were the ones shown on the website. The place is rather small, and the woman in charge was rather short with us and not very helpful. There isn't really a dance floor - just a small area where they do not have any tables or chairs set up. Definitely not worth the price they're asking.

Jared's has been fabulous to work with. They do things in a timely fashion and they do good work. In addition, their selection of bands and diamonds was exquisite.

I am planning a wedding on a budget, and as I began to look for Videographers, I found out quickly that they are VERY expensive. I did not have the money to spend thousands of dollars on a video, so I thought I might have to rule out having a video at all. Then I found Kibler. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are wonderful to work with so far.

Jimmy G's may be a restaurant, but it has a gorgeous banquet room. The ceilings are vaulted, which gives it more of an elegant feel, and there is even a balcony. Jimmy is also extremely willing to work with you and your budget. We did not end up going with him, but his service and attitude were wonderful.

I have used Susan Christine for many different alterations in the past, and I plan to use her for my wedding gown. She is priced way under any of the competition and does immaculate work. I have recommended her to every friend that I have, and will continue to recommend her to everyone who needs alterations!

This is where we are having our reception, and it is the most beautiful Veterans / Fire Hall that I have seen - and I have seen a lot. Most of them are pretty much just like a large room, but this one has gorgeous wood vaulted ceilings. On our budget we couldn't afford one of the more posh reception halls, but this was a very nice compromise!

Calvary is absolutely beautiful with stained glass windows and an old cathedral kind of feel. It is managed by a preservation society, which is one of the big reasons that people are allowed to get married there. The cost for the place is $625, which is on the higher end for ceremony sites, but you get Tiffany stained glass windows in the deal. Come on! Our date, April 18, is the first date that they would allow a wedding. They do not use the sanctuary during winter months so they don't have to heat the large space.

Julie is awesome. She did our engagement photos and I couldn't be more happy with them. Can't wait to see what she does with our wedding photos!

Although we did not end up going with S&S, we thought it was absolutely beautiful, and, surprisingly, moderately priced. Marjorie was also great.

Although it is a beautiful place, The Magnolia Room's contract did not guarantee ANYTHING. Not even our date. They were unwilling to negotiate the contract at all. There are certain things within a wedding for which I will not take someone's word, and confirming that I have the hall for my wedding day is one of the most important.
