Monique "Rocks"! My wedding was 8/9/08 and she made me look beautiful. I tend to have dark circles under my eyes and that day I had none. She arrived early to my aunt's house, even before me. She had everything set up and had all the notes from our trail. I requested that I wanted the make up to be a little lighter than the trail and she did. She airbrushed me and I looked perfect. She also did my eyebrows even when she was not supposed to. Very professional. I am glad that I had her do my make up. Oh, the make up lasted all night til the early morning.

After searching and searching for the perfect flower girl dress, I finally found it but it was too expensive. It was about $80. I was so disappointed because I wanted to spend less than $50. Then I came across this website and I was so happy because they had the dress that I wanted on sale for $38. Not only I found it cheaper, with shipping it came out to less than $50. What I wanted to spend. Oh, I purchased this on Sunday evening and I received it on Tuesday. What a surprise. Even though I'm in California, still the shipping was super fast. I highly recommend this store. How can I forget, the dress was Perfect and beautiful. Better than pictured.

I went to Plusko's because of it's reviews. But all I have to say is horrible Customer Service. We wasn't greeted and was just given a stack of photo books to look at. Then they just gave us a price sheet and that was it. No tasting No cake Nothing. They just left us sitting there while they help other people. We had a ton of questions but they just didn't have the time nor the care to help us. So we left. Never again. If they treat you poorly now image when you actually pay. Nope, I'll keep looking.

I was very dissappointed with the service I recieved. I ordered a white fingertip alencon lace veil. It arrived in a timely manner but it was sent shoved in an envelope. I guess to pay cheaper shipping. For the amount I paid, I would have expected it to come at least in a box or even Priority Mail.
Well, that was not the only thing. The veil was clearly not a fingertip veil. It was a bit longer than an elbow but it still was not a fingertip. A fingertip veil should at least be near my waist like we talked about. Instead it was half way on my back. I emailed her telling her that I was not happy with the veil and it was clearly not what I wanted. She suggested that I return it and she would fix it but I would have to pay. What pay more money, you crazy. It wasn't even my error. Well to make a long story short, I ended up reselling it.

If you want a custom made veil or even a simple veil I would recommend Candi Merle. She does fabulous work and is very inexpensive.

I met with Ronnie today and I must say that we enjoyed every minute with spoke with him. We booked him. I interviewed many videographers but Ronnie stood out the most. He was so comfortable to be around and very easy going. He has great packages and I consider him to be a diamond in the ruff. He's going to go far in this industry. Check out his demos on his website. That will say it all.
I'll post a follow up review after my wedding but I already know that it's going to be excellent.

Perfect! That is all I have to say. I received my videos and it was amazing. He did such an awesome job that the video left me speechless. He is highly recommended and worth every penny.

David's Bridal Northridge (Across from Northridge Mall) Grade B

I went to my David's Bridal appointment and when I went in it was very clean and cool (Hot day). I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to attend to me. Then when I finally got attended to, I had to wait another 5 mins for her to get off the phone, mind you that there are other sales persons there. Once she finished with the phone, another sales person attended me. She was a doll. I told her that I didn't know exactly what I wanted so she brought me everything in my size. She wasn't pushy or impatient. Even though I didn't get my dress there (I bought a Maggie Sottero) she marked all the dress I tried on in the catolgue book. I do recommend going to this David's Bridal.

I purchased my Sottero & Midgley dress here. This is one of Authorized Retailer for this designer. The owner was a pleasure and didn't force me into buying anything. Better yet she told me to go and look at other dresses and if I still want this one just come back. The best thing is that I got free alterations and the only thing I would have to pay for is for the pressing. I highly recommend this store.

The service was wonderful. They pressed my dress for free and I received free alterations as well. However, I could have gotten my dress cheap else where. Even paying for alterations I would have saved about $200-$250. Oh, well. The only thing I was dissapointed with is that the busal (mispelled?) broke at my reception. I was fine with it and didn't let that spoil my even.

I met with Erica and she was a pleasure. After a few months of researching and meeting with different florists, I decided to call Erica again. I told her exactly what I wanted and within 48 hours she gave me an estimate. Long story short, I booked her for my wedding. She's going to do all the decorations and I'm getting a DOC on top of that. I'll post an update after my wedding. But for now I recommend Poshong.

I was a little disappointed with my service. I hired their florist and thought that the flowers could have been better. On my wedding day we received the flowers on time. The reception center pieces were breath taking and perfect. However, my bouquet, grooms boutonnieres & my mother's coursage wilted very fast and the groomen rose boutonnieres feel apart during our picture taking. Put it this way, our ceremony was 1 hour and when it was time for pictures, the flowers were already wilting. Funny thing is that I have pictures of it. These were orchids but the orchids that were used looked like if they were cut off a plant in Ralphs market.
Erica did a great job in decorating my reception place. I recommend them to the fullest because they did a wonderful job. However, it bothered me that I paid for the LED battery operated votives with galss votive holders and at the end of the reception my DOC, (who works for Erica), started to collect them to return them back to Erica. I couldn't believe it but I wasn't going to dwell on it since it was my wedding day. Overall, they were ok. They do have their good points and some bad that could be worked on.

Vistaprint is great way to save big especially if you are a bride on a budget. Every now and then, they offer free stuff and all you do is pay for shipping. I got my Save the Date cards and magnets there. I personally would not do my invites there but I sure do recommend doing your Save the Dates. And their shipping is fast.

My Fi and I met with Rafi inregards of getting the perfect engagement ring. I was so happy with the service. Rafi took the time to explain everything to us. We even saw our dimaond under there scope. I was so amazed and happy with purchasing my ring there. I highly recommend them.
