We made agendas that matched the invitations and sent them along with a small gift to everyone in the wedding party months before the wedding We found that getting the agendas early helped to set the expectation for the weekend, and allow our wedding party to plan their own activities during down time. We also liked sending a small gift along with it to set the mood and honor our wedding party. We made modified versions of the agendas and put them in gift baskets in our guests' rooms. The agendas included directions to the venue, information on transportation if they preferred to leave the car at the hotel, and a list of fun things to do around the hotel while they were hanging out the day of the wedding. Everyone seemed to find the helpful, and appreciated the additional information.

For the bachelorette party, we had a spa day at Woodhouse. They arranged for lunch as well as beverages. It was a very relaxing way to spend the day, being pampered and lounging. The staff were very friendly and did a fantastic job with all of our pampering.

I thought I wouldn't be a big fan of David's Bridal to be honest. But after LOTS of searching for bridesmaid dresses, their dresses were my favorite and the most affordable so I made the call. I'm so glad I did! The woman I spoke with was so helpful! She set up an online account for me so that my bridesmaids could go to any David's Bridal and just tell them my wedding date and my name to get all the details they needed. The dresses were classic and sophisticated, and the shoes were affordable yet very stylish. I wished I would have checked with them when I first started my bridesmaid dress search! It would have saved me a ton of time and effort. I highly recommend checking their site first. They really have everything you need for your bridal party, including flower girls and ring bearers. AND they make things so easy on you! You'll be glad you checked them out.

The women at Umlauf were very helpful and very cool. They let us visit and wander the site several times and even stay after hours to map out the event. The gardens were beautiful, and they were quick to show us tons of examples of how other weddings had been done there to give us some thought starters. They were easy to work with, and very excited about our event.

I worked with Nicole, who I adore. She was very professional and honest. She listened to exactly what I was looking for, and offered advice and support through the shopping experiece. The store was quiet and organized, which made for a relaxing shopping experience. She laughed with me an my family at dresses that did not work, and celebrated with us when we found the perfect match. There were no pictures of my dress, so she contacted her rep directly and went to a lot of extra trouble to get a drawing of the dress so I would have a momento and reference point while planning. She also was very helpful in determing the right size I should order, and advised on appropriate seamstresses and alterations locations. My family and I had a great experience and enjoyed the variety of dress styles and price ranges.

We LOVE Kreuger's. My fiance worked with them for my engagement ring, and we also bought our wedding rings. They were so great to work with! They ordered several diamonds for my fiance to consider, and were very honest and enthusiastic in offering advice and direction. They were also so excited for us that it made the event really special. I went in after we got engaged to get my ring sized a bit smaller, and they immediately reached out to give me a big hug in congratulations and said how much fun they had working with Ian. They made our engagement very special, and were so helpful and sweet. I will never work with another jeweler after my experience there.

We had heard great things about Pink Avocado, but also had heard a few negative comments about the vendor being rather unresponsive. We were still really looking forward to meeting with the vendor. I made several attempts to contact the vendor, and in fact had a meeting scheduled to review menu options. The vendor stood us up at our meeting. I contacted him right after and he had a good excuse (an emergency with another party) so we thought we'd give him another shot. After SEVERAL attempts to meet him with NO response, we finally gave up, completely exhausted from the experience. I highly recommend reconsidering this vendor as a caterer for your next big event.

Jeff McKnight is amazing! I love his attitude, his professionalism, and his creativity. Ian and I have so enjoyed working with him. He is responsive, organized, inventive and gracious. I highly recommend him to anyone contemplating hiring a coordinator. He is making planning our wedding a relaxing and fun experience, rather than a chaotic stressful event. Work with Jeff.
