Susie was one of my favorite wedding vendors. I hired her for my engagement session, wedding trial session, and wedding day hair & makeup. She did an awesome job all 3 times!

I don't wear makeup very often so I wasn't sure what I had wanted the first time (which is tougher than knowing what you want, in my opinion). Susie provided ample suggestions, applied the makeup in gradual steps and encouraged feedback throughout the sessions so that she could help me find the right look. The makeup she used felt light and lasted throughout the engagement shoot as well as the big day (the lipstick wore off in the afternoon but she did warn me and provided me w/a touch-up kit). Ultimately, my fiance (now husband) and I were really impressed w/how she accentuated my facial features w/o making me look like a different person. I also got tons of compliments from family & friends, which made me feel like a rockstar. :)

As for hair, Susie helped me create a do that would accommodate the different headpieces that I would wear throughout the day (ie. tiara, veil, and traditional Vietnamese headpiece). She even showed me how I could switch up my hairdo later on in the evening to get a different look. I love that she spoke my language...how to get the most for my money (so crucial in planning a wedding).

Susie demonstrated all of the qualities that were necessary in a wedding vendor: professional, reliable, accommodating, punctual, down to earth, very affordable, and definitely talented. I absolutely enjoyed our sessions together...it was like hanging out w/a friend! Thanks so much Susie for your awesome work!
