Jinger from The Flowerhouse did a beautiful job on our flowers. I had no idea what I wanted for flowers when we met for our first appointment, but Jinger was really helpful in showing me various pictures on her computer of what she could do.
The Flowerhouse was our most expensive vendor (aside from our venue), but well worth the money if you can afford it. Jinger really knows what she's doing, so we felt confident that she would get the job done for us and get it done right, and she did. We never worried one bit with The Flowerhouse. Jinger is also quick and helpful when responding to e-mails.
We loved our flowers. All of our bouquets were gorgeous, and the centerpieces were beautiful as well. We received many compliments on our flowers and tall centerpieces! We donated the centerpieces to a local retirement home after our wedding, and they enjoyed them for a week before removing, and still said they looked beautiful a week later!
I cannot say enough good things about Maria Chang and her assistant Tonya (sp?). They provided me with five-star service on my wedding day!
I had had 2 trials with Maria, and at the last minute decided to change my hairstyle again from my last trial. The third time was the charm, and I absolutely loved my hair! My makeup was beautiful. I felt beautiful and confident, which I think is the first step to having a beautiful and perfect wedding – the bride has to feel that way first. And Maria helped me feel that way.
My Mom, who had originally told me she thought I was spending too much on my hair and makeup, and didn’t understand what Maria would be doing with me all day, later said she thought Maria was well worth the money, alleviated a lot of stress for me and for her, and that she was really glad I had hired her. She said she was "pleasantly surprised" by how helpful Maria and Tonya were and now couldn't imagine my day without them!
Maria was a lifesaver and I looked to her for everything in regards to my dress, jewelry, shoes, hair, etc. Maria and Tonya helped me transport my dress to the venue, helped me in to my dress, adjusted bridesmaids and mother’s dresses, and even tried to steam my dress for me. Maria and Tonya stayed after their contracted time to help me through my cocktail hour photo shoot and I was so grateful. Again I cannot say enough good things about them and will recommend them to everyone! Grade: A++!

We hired Lisette to do 3 bridesmaids' makeup and 1 mom's makeup at my 8/9/08 wedding. Lisette did a fabulous job on everyone's makeup and was very reasonably price. She accomodated every request that we made!
Lisette provided excellent service and I would recommend her to everyone! Thank you, Lisette!

I used Blanca with A Touch of Elegance at my wedding on August 9, 2008. Our reception room looked fabulous with our ivory chair covers and 2 different colored sashes!
Blanca was totally accomodating and very reasonably priced. She set up and took down later that same night. We didn't have to do a thing and didn't worry one bit about our chair covers.
A Touch of Elegance was definitely the cheapest price I could find, as well as the best quality! I can't believe Blanca doesn't charge more, but I think her reasonable prices will make her a top-leader in Bay Area chair cover rentals! Thank you, Blanca!
I have ordered from paperandmore.com several times and have always been extremely pleased with their product and service. Shipping is quick and inexpensive, and their quality is excellent. Definitely recommend.

I went to Kay's Bridal and was treated extremely rudely, by a salesgirl named Nicole. I would never step foot in there again and would recommend against anyone else doing so. They are unprofessional and pushy, and worst of all, rude and nasty.

I researched and researched prices online and created a detailed spreadsheet of which sites sold which components to make a pocketfold invite, and how much everything cost. MyGatsby was the cheapest for everything.
I only ordered my pocketfolds from somewhere else because they didn't carry the one we wanted.
I had my invites just 10 days after I ordered them. I received a shipment notification on Thu, and the next day on Fri they were here! That was a much faster turnaround time than I expected.
I also did the RSVP Envelope address in thermography as well. I couldn't change the fonts on their site to do more than 1 font, so I added special instructions on what to do with 2 diff fonts and they followed them perfectly. I was really happy with that.
Pricewise, we ended up spending about half of what we would have, had we ordered thermography from someone else.
Overall, A+ for quality and service!
Oh and a coupon code if you want to order from them is FREESHIP for free shipping.

On Tuesday, January 8, 2008, I initially e-mailed www.glamgal.com at info@glamgal.com to inquire about a pair of earrings – item number RB1032 that were advertised on her website. My e-mail was responded to in only half an hour.
The next day, on Wednesday, January 9, 2008, I ordered item number RB1032 from www.glamgal.com. After making payment on the website, I basically received a “thank you” with no mention of when my item would be shipping. I also never received an e-mail informing me of shipment like I do when I order from all other online companies.
After waiting 5 days for some type of acknowledgment and shipping info, I called www.glamgal.com at 1-800-217-3783 on Monday, January 14, 2008. No one answered, so I left a voicemail. I then followed up with e-mail simply requesting shipping information. Neither my voicemail nor e-mail were returned.
On Tuesday, January 15, I again called www.glamgal.com at 1-800-217-3783 and again, no one answered, so I left a second voicemail. I then e-mailed glamgal.com a second time. Again, neither my voicemail nor e-mail were returned that day either.
On Friday, January 18, 2008, I e-mailed www.glamgal.com a 3rd time requesting a refund and letting her know that I had filed a dispute with my credit card company. For the third time, my e-mail went unanswered.
On Saturday, January 19, 2008 I e-mailed info@glamgal.com a 4th time requesting a cancellation. You got it, my e-mail went unanswered.
Prior to purchase, she responded to me in a very timely fashion – less than 30 minutes. After she charged my card, she stopped responding to all attempts at contact.
The worst, GlamGal.com charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY and I later found out it takes them 6-7 weeks to ship Regina B earrings. No other online site that I've ordered from charges you immediately when they don't plan on shipping for another 6-7 weeks. I've always only been charged UPON shipment.
Beverly Collins (Glamgal.com) refuses to respond to any of my multiple attempts at contact. I am now having to go through the dispute process with my credit card company to get my money back. *I* now have to jump through hoops to get a refund because this shady woman won't send my item, won't respond to e-mails, and won't respond to my phone calls. I was advised on theknot.com that she just works out of her house. Please do not order from this hokey "business" lest you want the problems I have had!
**** UPDATE *******
I FINALLY got an e-mail response from GlamGal and this is what they said (they are SO professional!):
"Wow!! What is your problem?!! I don't care if you cancel your order! LOL!!! Take your attitude and shop elsewhere.

This is how she runs her business?? Pathetic! I have since seen on the Better Business Bureau a similar complaint regarding lack of shipment and lack of communication.
