We absolutely LOVED the service we got at Bailey Banks and Biddle, they were very willing to help us with whatever we needed and did not pressure us at all. They were extremely friendly and showed us ways to save a little more money without going down in value.

We went into the Glendale store and felt like the attitude there was more of a used car sales dealership, we did NOT like it, very pressured, did not once leave us to look on our own, I like to discuss what we're thinking without someone listening in on every word. Also we found the exact rings at Bailey Banks and Biddle for a few hundred less than at Robins Bros.
