Lotus bridal saved my butt big time. In efforts to be economical in these times I took a risk and ordered my wedding gown and my bridesmaid dresses online for almost 30% less than what I was quoted in stores. The site was reputable with multiple reviews. When i received the dresses they were garbage! Turns out they replicated the Maggie Sottero gown even though the website said it was authentic and the bridesmaid dresses were coming apart at the seams and didn't fit correctly. I was devastated and started on a frantic search for the same gown and at that point I was willing to pay anything for it. I called several stores listed on the Maggie site and every one of them said it's too late for me to order it (my wedding was 3 months away) except for Lotus Bridal. They actually took down my number and said they would call the designer to see what options I had. About half an hour later Katie called me back and said they found the dress I was looking for in my size and will have it in the store in 4 weeks and the price was great too. I was so thrilled I could have kissed them. I also reordered the bridesmaid dresses through them especially since they gave me a great price because I ordered my wedding gown from them. Everything came in perfect like they said it would and my wedding turned out the way I have always dreamed. It's really nice to meet people who still go the extra mile and I believe in paying it forward. If you plan a visit to Lotus please let ladies know Meghan C. sent you. This review is well deserved.
