She is truly an artist. She did such an amazing job. Although, she is really intense when she works and wants minimal distractions. Which I told everyone before we started but no one listened so she told them very nicely that they couldn’t talk to me any more and that they needed to be some where else. I didn’t have a problem with that, but some of my girls thought it was a little much. I think the results speak for themselves.
Would I recommend? Without hesitation

Our flowers were amazing. They were different then what I had in mind, but I think that the fault for that lay in me not being able to express my thoughts adequately, not in any fault of their execution. Everything looked great!!

The cake was exactly what I wanted and was delicious!!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with them!! Lindsay got to my hotel room at 6am, before some girls were even out of bed. She was a pleasure to have around for the day. We had 2 more photographers when we got to the venue. My mom asked if I thought I was a big shot with all the photographers that we had. So well worth it!!

Horrible service, but the food was good.
Problems with the service:
- My groom wasn’t miked although I received assurances from 2 separate employees “Don’t worry, the groom is always miked.” I get up to the altar and we have no sound, and there’s no one past the first 2 rows who could hear the ceremony, which should be great for the videographer in the back of the crowd.
- The dance floor wasn’t centered in the middle of the room with cocktail tables around it, so the guests had to go into the other room after they were done dancing and most of them didn’t get back out on the dance floor.
- All 3 layers of my cake weren’t cut and served, so the guests never got a choice of cake flavors.
- The wedding coordinator was MIA for the entire reception. Leaving me to orchestrate everything, making it looking disorganized and silly and just plain not well timed at all.
- Vendors for the next wedding started walking through my reception with an hour left to go. There was the next cake and the baker, their lights, their band.
- The signage wasn’t adequate for the next wedding so the guests from the other wedding were walking through or reception trying to find the next wedding.
- The waitstaff told my guests at 5 minutes to 5 that they had to clear out so they could set up for the next wedding.
- Instead of helping us to get all of our stuff together, they waitstaff was setting up for the next wedding so, my wedding party and guests ended up having to tear down the centerpieces.
- There was a tip jar at the bar!! We paid a 20% gratuity that included tips. Why should my guests have to pay for your tips above and beyond what we’ve already put out????
- The escort cards weren’t put out until after I arrived at the venue and it had be done by 2 of my guests, because the waitstaff was too busy.
It was just a fiasco, from beginning to end. So the next day I called them up and complained heartily. Three days after returning from our honeymoon it was resolved with the refund of $1500, the cost of the rental of the courtyard and the reception room. I told them I would pay for the food, since that at least was good. One more thing of note, they include a suite for the night since it is a b&b as well… the suite we were given was inside the courtyard where another wedding was taking place. So I had to walk through another couple’s wedding in full wedding gown and my husband in a tux. Yes, the guests looked a little confused at another bride walking through the wedding.
Would I recommend? Absolutely not
