My husband and I were lucky enough to have worked with Andrea from Coquette Events for our 120 guest wedding this past August in Napa, CA. We hired Andrea as a day of coordinator but she went above and beyond DOC duties. A few months before the wedding, she helped us with seating arrangements, budgeting, vendor coordination, timelines, etiquette, etc. The weekend of the wedding, she came to our rehearsal and helped with last minute details that made the wedding day so much more smooth. The day of, she helped with every detail from keeping us on schedule, letting us know of any important changes, setting up the venue, etc. We truly did not have to worry about a thing. She was always able to come up with last minute solutions to any problem and was always cheerful and happy to help despite my bridezilla tendencies! I am pretty organized and our wedding was relatively small so I did not think we needed a wedding planner or DOC, but no matter how organized you are leading up to the wedding, there will always be last minute details that you will need help with. I would highly recommend Coquette Events for their friendly and high quality service, prompt communication, flexibility and exquisite taste. Our guests and families are still raving about our wonderful DOC!

We had our wedding in Napa in the summer of 2010, and all our guests enjoyed Mike's soothing guitar performance. We took great care in selecting the right music performer since we wanted our ceremony to be memorable and comfortable for everyone there. After reviewing many music vendors, we ultimately selected Montara Music and trusted Mike to be the sole provider of music during our ceremony and cocktail reception. We are so happy we selected Mike because of his amazing musical talent, and sincere and friendly presence.

Mike played calm, uplifting guitar music throughout our ceremony, including original songs that Mike had shared samples of with us ahead of time. Before having Mike at our wedding, we primarily communicated with Mike via telephone and email, and he was always professional and responded promptly. Mike also invited us to many of his Bay Area performances to sample some of his live guitar play. Mike was also creative and flexible in accommodating our requests including when we integrated a tea ceremony into our wedding ceremony, and Mike offered light and serene freestyle melodies during this portion of our ceremony.

Mike was extremely kind, understanding, and easy to work with, and we had already felt so comfortable with him before we even met in person. On the day of the wedding, Mike was just as personable and friendly as we had imagined. During the cocktail reception, many of our guests were so impressed with his music that some even took pictures with the friendly and talented guitarist. We highly recommend Mike and Montara Music, and look very forward to hearing more of Mike's performances soon.

Ryan is professional, courteous, and competent at what he does, and he's the type of DJ who you will feel comfortable in front of your relatives while also keeping the party going for your friends. We originally selected Ryan because of the exceptional and consistently positive word of mouth recommendations regarding his DJ skills. We can now attest to this after having Ryan perform on our wedding day, and also communicating with Ryan throughout the months leading up to the event. Ryan partnered with us throughout the process, communicating back and forth about song ideas and even wedding game activities. Ryan proved to be an understanding listener with creative and fun ideas. Furthermore, Ryan exceeded our expectations when he embraced MC responsibilities by facilitating a few of the games and videos that we had that evening. Through Ryan, we also benefited from the professional services of his sister who is an extremely talented wedding coordinator who we were also very pleased with. Two weeks after our own wedding, we attended our friends' wedding who also had hired Ryan as their DJ. We were able to enjoy Ryan's DJ performances as both the wedding couple and as wedding guests, and Ryan delivers a fun, feel-good experience every time. Overall, we highly recommend Ryan and look forward to the next time we can enjoy his performances.
