I still cry when we watch our video. Kristyn did a great job. She works really well with Amanda from Amanda Williams photography. I never even noticed her - she was never intrusive. We got our video back right around 4 months after the wedding, when she said we would. I highly recommend her.

Save the Date magnets came in very quickly and were excellent quality. No complaints.

From the moment I walked into Addison Oaks, I knew it was going to be the perfect place for our reception. They were willing to negotiate on some matters and even lowered the minimum number of guests for a Saturday evening wedding in March. We are still getting compliments on how beautiful everything was. We selected the three entree buffet and could not believe how much food was there. We also did the dessert buffet instead of wedding cake. If you like sweets, the dessert buffet is for you!

Amanda is so much fun to work with. She lightens the mood and really finds the most interesting angles to take photos. She made the bridal party laugh and kept me calm. If she is available on your wedding date, book her now!

All of the tuxes came in with no problems. All of the guys looked great at the wedding. The only complaint is that one of the groomsmen's buttons popped off his jacket only a few minutes before he walked down the aisle. Later in the night we realized that the buttons also came off of my husband's and father in law's jackets. When we told Men's Warehouse about this as we returned the tuxes, they said it happens often. They should really have more pride in what they are doing than that.

Tifany was really great to work with on the design and the invitations turned out beautifully. I recieved many compliments on the invitations. She answers e-mails very quickly.

Everything about our honeymoon was amazing. This all inclusive resort was exactly what we needed after 20 months of planning. We had never been to an all-inclusive resort before so our expectations may have been low, but everything was wonderful. The guacamole (and the rest of the food) was to-die- for.

Denise and the other employees of Glitz were amazing. We had a great time at the salon getting both our hair and make up done. She did exactly what I wanted and it matched back to my trial a few months before. Denise was so great to work with that I now only trust her to color my hair - and I specifically drive up from Ohio to have it done.

Guest Lodging/Hotel Block: The hotel promised that their rooms would be completely renovated by the date of our wedding. When we showed up the day before, the presidental suite had not been redone. We spent our wedding night in a room decorated like the 1980s. Service was terrible leading up to the wedding. I could never get ahold of anyone and they were rude when I did get someone on the phone.

The flowers were gorgeous. I went with Katie at Courtyard because my sister and a friend both went with her. All three of us had great experiences with her. The customer service can't be beat and her prices were wonderful.
