We used this jeweler for our wedding bands. Mine had to be specially made to match a family ring, and it only cost $500 for the gold band, two small diamonds, and two small sapphires. It only took a week to complete. My fiance's wedding band was $450. We got it specially engraved along the outside edge for $250. It's beautiful. They did it in 10 days. They make the rings on site but send them to a special engraver who hand-engraves them. I would suggest this if you need a specially-made or engraved band.

This photographer is so great because he has excellent quality pictures for an affordable price. I cannot believe how much wedding photographer's charge. For $1000 I will get me shooting the whole day, a cd with 300-350 pictures, and up to 10 prints of anything I want up to 11x14. I can add an album for $500, but with the CD, I can just make my own!
I purchased a do-it-yourself sort of invitation kit from Michael's Craft Store and had them printed at Kinko's. I would DEFINITELY recommend this. They printed 100 invitations and 100 response cards for me for less than $20! Not only was this cheap, but they did a beautiful job. If you want to save money on invitations, I would definitely suggest buying blank invitations and having them printed here.
If you're looking for a cheaper way to do invitations, I would definitely suggest looking at the invitations offered by your local Michael's craft store (if you don't have one, check online). They have a variety of beautiful invitations that only require a few hours of work. It's much cheaper than having them made. I would suggest getting them printed at Kinko's (they did an EXCELLENT job with mine and saved me a lot of time).

This vendor is really on top of things. I emailed them yesterday and got an estimate today! They're working on the contract, and I should have it by tomorrow! Although I am only renting chairs from them, they have a variety of chairs, tables, tents, and other novelty things to rent. The cost seems to be average for this area. I will be renting white samsonite chairs for $1.50 each. This will put the cost for delivery, set up, and take down at about $120, which seems pretty reasonable. I would definitely recommend them simply because they are so fast!

This was nice because it was a location where I could find cheaper dresses that fit my friends well. Each person picked out a different cut in the same color because I wanted them to be able to wear the dresses again, and they will. However, David's Bridal took my information in order to "make it easier for my bridesmaids," and now my mail box and cell phone have been plagued by wedding vendors of all sorts. My advice? Great for dresses, but don't give them the bride's contact information.

I purchased a Melissa Sweet wedding gown from The Bride Room, and it was done perfectly. After it came in (about 6 months after my fitting) it fit perfect--it was so well done that it needs absolutely no alterations. The ladies here are wonderful and will hold your wedding dress until you want to pick it up. It's so convenient! The location itself is nice as well for trying on the dress.
I am very excited about our cake. Cakeologytn is wonderful to work with. Not only are their cakes beautiful, but they are delicious. For our initial meeting, she brought cupcakes with various cake and frosting flavors. They will provide a sample cake after you pick out everything you want, and if you choose to sign a contract with them, the cost of that cake will be deducted from your contract. Although they got our mini-cake wrong in regards to frosting, it's great that they did this cake so we could make sure we were all on the same page. I would definitely recommend them.

The site itself is beautiful. With flowers and arbors, it's a great location for an outdoor wedding. We will be having both our reception and our wedding at the site, which is very convenient. They are supposed to have a new building finished by the time we have our wedding here, which will provide us an indoor location in case of rain.
Although the location is beautiful, they have an exclusive vendor for tables, chairs, tents, etc. which is a bit frustrating. Initially they had one vendor who I was trying to work with, but he didn't have the right insurance. So, they had to switch exclusive vendors. Although this didn't affect my plans because the old vendor was so difficult to get in touch with, it is rather annoying that they require a specific vendor.

We're yet to try the food yet because the wedding hasn't happened, but the caterer has been wonderful to work with. He provided all sorts of ideas for the food and helped us pick items that fit all the diets present at our wedding (regular, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian). He and his wife are very sweet as well!
