Mylene, owner of Mylandre Coiffures is truly an artist. If you want the best cut and styling you have to go here. I've talked with oher customers who went to her previous location before moving to Old Town and they drive in to her new location because she is the best.

We had a short but wonderful honeymoon night at the Ritz Carlton. Very elegant, romantic and top notch service. The hotel is a beautiful hotel and the staff are friendly and accommodating -- can't wait to return fir our anniversary :)

Very happy with the flowers and appreciated their expertise and all the personalized help they gave to us. The arrangement were just gorgeous and were a focal point in the wedding design.

We didn't have the typical bachelorette party--we opted for a get together at a restaurant we knew was great, The Old Angler's Inn. It's a small cozy restaurant with fantastic food and many awards for it's excellence. We all plan to return for a romantic dinner with our husbands/boyfriends, every time we go we end up planning for a reason to come back.

Almost as fun to shop for as the bride's dress--we bought the flower girl dress at Nordstrom. I have been a Nordstrom customer for many years so I am familiar with the high quality of service and clothing they provide. This shoppong experience was no exception--excellent all the way around.

The brides mother-in-law is an antique jewelry expert so the groom was able to get her help and find an unbelievable vintage diamond engagement/wedding ring on ebay. ebay has a lot of safe-shopping features and if you're an experienced ebay shopper you can get a lot more for your money. This ring is really special - one-of-a-kind with a stone cut that seems more artistic than those in new rings.

If you live in the Washington DC area, Fancy Cakes by Leslie is really the place to go for your wedding cake. The cake designs are unique, creative and show-stopping (and by the way delicious) These are the kind of cakes you would see at a celebrity's wedding, classically beautiful but trendy and modern at the same time. Get your wedding cake here! :)

I would recommend Victoria Stiles to anyone. The bride was looking for a classic look but at the same time wanted to stand out. She looked so beautiful and felt beautiful, and the wedding photos were great -- I credit Victoria Stiles for this -- makeup makes such a big difference in how you look in photos.

If you want a very special and memorable meal to share with your new in laws you couldn't choose a finer place to go than The Inn at Little Washington. It's expensive, yes, and a fair drive to the country to get there, but our party was small and the memories are so worth the price. You can read all the wonderful reviews this restaurant has received from many important food critics. If you want a fantastic meal in a stunningly charming location I recommend this place to anyone

I helped make all the invitations and the party favors using Michaels. People were actually asking where we purchased the invitations because they looked so good. The wedding had a beach theme and the bride lives in Norfolk, VA so she collected tiny shells that we added to personalize the favors. I'm so glad we decided to get together and make these -- it was so much more personal and it made us feel even more a part of the ceremony and the results were so profesional!!!
