I was looking to write a review about this company because I was upset that we paid $15 to get samples of invitations we were interested in ordering. I had the same experience as most people- Shawna was pleasant and helpful in her emails, that is when she actually wrote back. There were times I had to re-write the same questions 2 or 3 times over several weeks before getting a response. After placing an order for samples and never receiving them, we (thankfully) decided to get our invitations elsewhere. I agree with the others- planning and the invitations can be stressful enough, you need a company that provides excellent customer service. We ended up going with a local company (Pennysmith's in Albuquerque) and I am so glad we did.

I recently tried to check the Funny Bunny website and it says they are closed, so I suspect that they finally went out of business.
