What more can I say but I wish I could hire Grace to coordinate my life! She was a lifesaver and DH and I truly feel she was worth every penny and then some. She took over the last three months of before the wedding, and saved the day. From the moment we handed her every contract (which was hard!), she did nothing short of excellent in terms of coordination. Her personality is amazing and she’s really a special person. Her assistant was great in running our rehearsal, and they worked so hard to make the day the wedding of our dreams. Grace is so worth every penny (and a great steal in the Napa Valley) and I highly recommend her. She took care of every detail and saved the day quite often! She truly helped make our day so special and something we could enjoy!

People are STILL commenting on what a delicious cake we had. One guest said she was ready to put up a fight for another slice, but they were all gone! I would recommend no one else-it really says something when people rave about wedding cake (which I’m not usually a fan of!). Carolyn was so pleasurable to work with, set up a fabulous tasting, and let me change my design twice! They are one of my favorite spots in Napa for a bakery/coffee shop/dessert shop. They might be a little pricey, but SO worth it!

I was a little uneasy when Sebastiani said that we could only use this cater, but after the planning and the wedding, I can see why. They were superb and wonderful to work with. We mainly worked with Lisa, at the Napa location and she was flexible, “catering” to us, and very responsive. (Steve is impossible to get a hold of, so we stuck with Lisa), They are flexible to work with, and not too pricey in terms of a Napa Valley caterer. They even found a old-school brass espresso machine to help tie in our “coffee” theme (we met at starbucks and I worked there for years!)We choose an Italian Wine Country buffet, to save $ and create a more social environment, and they created sucha beautiful layout. Their food is delicious and really helped create a first class event! (and we did get a goodie bag of leftovers to take to our hotel that night)

This was one of our favorite places we saw, on my search for a winery wedding, and we are 100% happy with our choice. Though frustrated with getting passed around to 3 different site coordinators, we ended up with Piper who really did a great job overall, and overall their staff is very friendly and helpful. They are fairly flexible to work with, for a winery, and for the most part were easy to worth with. The venue itself is so great for weddings, and so unique. It’s on the lighter side of average in terms of prices for wineries in the Napa Valley and really a beautiful, unique place. We got so many compliments from our guests!

I met with several florists in the Napa Valley, for my wedding in Sonoma, and was disappointed by most (too expensive and haughty). I heard about Lisa online, and from the first meeting, loved her right way. She blew the other florists away by far in terms of price and personality. She is wonderful, and truly captured the feel of what I wanted. She is GREAT to work with, easy to get a hold of, and even my wedding coordinator was impressed! When I saw the flowers on the wedding day, I started to cry because they were so beautiful. She totally understoof my vision, and I still get compliments on the flowers! She truly went above and beyond. She works out of Rodeo/Hercules, but will travel all over the bay area/Napa Valley.
