Qwen sang acapella for the wedding, and at the reception she also sang "Wonderful" by India Arie and "Sugar in my Bowl" (for the cake cutting). She is an awesome presence, a great voice and so many people commented on what a great job she did. She has a joyful spirit that really carried me through.

I have significant hair loss on top, quite a bit. Kathy has always made me feel comfortable and pretty, and the wedding day was no exception. She devised a style that looked beautiful, stayed in place and covered everything. Nobody would have any idea... and it looked so feminine and lovely. Thank you, Kathy!

Ramekins was awesome. The food was really, really good. If they had a restaurant I would eat there! Service was elegant, and the atmosphere was really lovely. We had an evening wedding so they had uplighting on the trees outside, which added to the ambience. Soft neutral colors inside went really well with our autumn palette, and they moved a painting i didn't like without making me feel like a prima donna. Pricing is excellent. Very good for parties up to 100-ish. If you are planning a huge dance party this might not be the place for you, but if you want something on the more understated side definitely visit Ramekins.

Audrey is so amazing. She knows her stuff, she is a fabulous person and has a great sense of humor. She totally helped me relax in the hours before. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody who wants to look beautiful on their wedding day. I felt beautiful, not overdone at all, and she listened to me. She got me to try a new lipstick color that I am now in love with, too!

This is a state park, so it's only available after hours. Because we love this chapel we worked the entire wedding around its availability. Guests cannot arrive until 5pm but your florist & any friends who are setting up can arrive at 4.
We had 50 guests and the benches they had on site were just enough - if you had more guests you'd want to rent chairs.
The only thing that seemed to differ from our agreement with them was that a separate door to the chapel was opened, causing lots of people to miss the guest book. When my friends asked the ranger about it, he said it had to be open because of fire codes.

Judy Giorgi made us the MOST delicious, beautiful bridal cake and groom's cake. For the bridal cake we had 3 layers of cheesecake, 2 with chocolate ganache, decorated with filligree and red roses. The groom's cake was a replica of our first date at Goat Rock! My favorite part of this cake was the adorable little green grasses she made by hand. The groom's cake was white with lemon filling for those who wouldn't want cheesecake (I can't imagine, but to each her own!!!). Judy is now our favorite for birthdays, and I'm sure we'll find other occasions to buy her delicious (and reasonably priced) cakes. Her buttercream frosting made a fan out of me, and I wasn't that crazy about it before!

Jane is awesome!

She is so mellow & low key, a wonderful gentle presence on a stressful day. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful. She made so much out of a small budget and I will always be grateful to her for the loveliness she brought to our day. She even helped my friends doing setup. And her emails leading up to the day were always so kind and encouraging.

A kind person, a fabulous florist, a magician with the budget.
