My husband and all the other men looked excellent! What was even better was the fact that my husband's tux was free! He went once to pick everything out, they stored in their computer, and then the other guys went in to be fitted. Since there were 5 men buying tuxes in the wedding party, my husband didn't have to pay at all. Excellent deal.

We used Costco for many things.

1. We got two sheet cakes to supplement the much more expensive wedding cake. We mixed those slices in with slices from the fancy cake, and people were none the wiser.
2. My personalized napkins came from Costco.com, and they were gorgeous. I only wish that I would have saved one!
3. The morning before the wedding, my mom and mother-in-law and I went to Costco to get a lot of fresh roses for the ceremony. We had a friend of my grandmother's make all the bouquets for less than $50--and they were FULL and GORGEOUS!

I wanted my hair to look beautiful, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on it. We went to the local cosmetology school and were waited on hand and foot. My hair was past the middle of my back, and it took 3 people 2 hours to curl it for me, and I paid only $25. They did my bridesmaids, too, and they cost only $15 each. We all looked amazing, and the people were so wonderful.

My husband and I have different beliefs--VERY different beliefs--and we wanted someone who could help us embrace that and remind our guests that it's one of things we love each other for, not in spite of. Chris met with us a few times before the wedding to ensure it was a perfect day. He asked us to prepare with some counseling from him, writing a will, and meeting with a financial planner. He also had great ideas for remembering our late grandparents.

We had a gorgeous cake made by the ladies at Pioneer Bakery in downtown Puyallup. It was ivory with stripes, and each layer was a different flavor.

This was our ceremony and reception site, and it was gorgeous! Take Off Events takes place in a helicopter hangar at the Renton Airport, and it is so unique. We had traditional decorations, but also had the sparkling helicopters on display for eye candy. The hangar door was open during the whole event, so we were able to view the south end of Lake Washington during our ceremony. Also...our getaway vehicle? A helicopter! It was amazing! We cannot recommend them highly enough!

My bridesmaids got their dresses from Newport-news.com, and they looked excellent! They came quickly, and with their big selection, we were able to pick a really great dress that went well with my colors.

I bought my dress online, and needed bustles and a complicated steaming (my dress had those big gathers in it). To complicate things even further, I lived in Bellingham at the time, so we had to get this done over the phone! These people were wonderful, we picked my dress up on the morning of the wedding and easily learned to bustle.

We rented white folding chairs, white tablecloths, and tables from R & R. They were a good deal and were very helpful. We had to add the tablecloths a few days before the wedding, and they were very accommodating!

Really nice people, great photos. I was hoping for more candids that were usable, but I'm very happy!
