Horrible Experience With Gesinee's

I will admit that their selection is great! And I was pleased with their service at first even though their forceful sales tactics were a bit intimidating.

Long story short -
I found the dress of my dreams there. I came back with my maid of honor to try it on for a second opinion, she loved it, so we ordered it. The first problem was that the agent gave me the completely wrong lead time and I ended up waiting over a month longer for my dress than originally planned.
The second problem was that when my dress FINALLY came in, my mom flew down from Washington to go with me to pick it up and they ordered the wrong dress. The manager tried to tell me that it was the right dress, then when she realized that the clerk put the wrong "vendor id" on the order form she tried to tell me that I was responsible for verifying the order. I told her that there was no way for me to know what their vendor codes were.

So, once we got that resolved they were able to rush the order for the correct dress. And I got it in the time frame that they said they would get it to me. BUT... they told my mom that they would "compensate" me for the error (especially since my mom had FLOWN in for the occasion), whether it be discounted alterations or purchases, etc.

Yeah, they didn't. When I went to pick up my REAL dress the manager was running out, never acknowledged me and never came back. The new clerk that was helping me didn't even know what had happened.

I was livid. Their errors and lack of customer service turned what shoudl have been a great experience into a stressful one.
