I paid for hollow to hem for my dress and it was 5 inches too long. Afterwards they wanted to butcher my dress so I just took it. Don't go here

4.5 Star. The review on PW really scared me. I read the reviews after I booked dress my chairs. I was so worried.It was too late to change my mind. I was worried for no reason because everything came out beautiful. Jennifer follow through on my last minute custom napkins. The only reason I gave it a 4.5 star was because one of my BM notice wrinkles on one of the tables.
