I worked with Ron and had the best experience.

He was helpful and even tried to find another limo company to accommodate me but I changed my mind about a few things and he was able to get me a great deal!

Ron was responsive to emails and quick to reply.

On the day of the wedding, the driver was on time and courtesy so couldn't ask for more.

This is the first place I went to for a cake tasting since they have a contract with my venue. Out of all the ones I went to, this was the worse one.

First, they don't allow you to choose your own flavors. They have it pre made in certain flavors and you can choose from them.

I did not like a single one of the flavors I tasted. Which is pretty rare because I love all things sweet!

Also they lack customer service. We were left alone many times and never offered any water and had to ask for forks.

After we left and were on our way to the second cake tasting we got a phone call from Mayer's asking us when we would be there for our appointment. Hello, we just left!

I did not end up getting my cake from Torrance bakery, not because the cake did not taste good but because they wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars for a design that another bakery was willing to do for free, so no brainer, I went with the other bakery.

But the cake there is so good and they actually take their time to customize the flavors with fillings for you. My absolute favorite was the butterchip. It has got to be the best thing ever. I was sad not to have it at my wedding but I thought it was pretty expensive to charge me over a thousand for a simple design that another bakery was going to do for free.

The wedding cake was amazing. I was pretty nervous about it because I booked them as part of my package with my venue and decided to go with them after going to several other cake tastings.

First, they were very accomdating and the baker came out to even show me they could do the design I wanted, which I appreciated because she told me she would be the one to design the cake. So I felt pretty good about it but still a little nervous before the wedding.

I choose the Chocolate cake with Mint Filling. It was so good! It tasted just like mint and chip ice cream, which is my favorite!

Anyways the day of the wedding, I was so happy with the cake, that even though the missed a couple of things on it, I was ecstatic with the design and how nice and cleaned it looked.

I was also at a recent event where they provided their cupcakes and I gotta say they were also very yummy!

After reading the previous review, that explains a lot. My wedding was in August, while Michelle and Amanda were still around.

While I still have complaints, I can see where the last bride was coming from.

I book the venue one year in advance because it is just a beautiful venue.

Michelle was helpful and answered emails in a reasonable amount of time. Amanda was also nice too.

However, on the day of the wedding, things did not go according to plan. I believe it was Rob and Amanda who were handling the event. Michelle did stop by but I already knew ahead of time she would not be there the whole event.

Anyways, one of the main things I planned my schedule around was taking pictures on the green, in particular near the lake. The venue had my schedule weeks ago.

However, the day of, after the wedding, five minutes before I was to go, Rob and Amanda told me they couldn't take me on the green because people were golfing.

Are you kidding me? I confirmed it with Michelle and it wasn't ever brought up to my attention that it would be a problem. I was pretty upset. I still ended up going onto the green but during the reception, which I missed a large portion of because of this scheduling change. I was so disappointed as I was rushed through the whole thing because people were playing golf! At the end it wasn't even worth it.

My guest have also complained about Rob and that he was being rude to them and yelling at staff in front of them.

Anyways the venue is really nice but at the end of the day, I was pretty upset about the lack of the communication between the staff in regards to my schedule. Shouldn't the schedule be one of the most important things?

After looking at several different websites for a makeup artist for my wedding, I was impressed with the work on Elaine's website. I booked a trial with her for a year in advance because I wanted to make sure she was available on my wedding day.

Luckily she was and the makeup trial was great. She really listened to what I wanted and I loved my makeup so I booked her that day.

I also went to her for my engagement party and it went great too!

On my wedding day, Elaine was on time. Did a wonderful job on my mom and I. My makeup stayed on all day, as well as my hair! Her team also worked on my bridesmaids and they looked beautiful too!

I highly recommend Elaine, she is great to work with!
