I highly recommend working with David for your wedding music and entertainment. He has a huge list of artists who play every instrument and do every style of music. We met with him in LA and he showed us tons of samples from real weddings and real playlists. We chose a guitarist and singer/piano player, (Roberto and Sandy) who were excellent. They stuck to our schedule, were good emcee's, and gave us exactly what we wanted. David keeps in touch with you over the course of your planning, he helps you plan your schedule and the day's timeline, and his musicians are really on top of everything. Great vendor.

I found Contemporary Catering on line and met with Nathaniel about a year before my wedding. He gave us a delicious tasting of a Chinese buffet, then worked with our budget to give us the reception we wanted. They ordered all our rentals, put out decorations we gave them, and set up a beautiful buffet. We had to change our venue at the last minute due to a double-booking nightmare, and Nathaniel and Jenny pulled our new ceremony together. Jenny stayed through the entire reception, checking in with me a few times to make sure everything was fine. They always answered our questions and returned our calls, and were great about any changes we wanted to make. The best thing about them is that they listened to what we want, they reassured us when we were anxious, and they reminded us to do what would make us happy. Wonderful, professional caterers that I highly recommend.

Regina & Denis were wonderful photographers to work with. They arrived early and checked out our site so they knew where they wanted to set our portraits. They know Pasadena well, and have shot at the LA Arboretum many times. I wasn't really into doing too many portraits, so we just took a few and then did candids for the rest of the day. We went through our family pictures fast because we wanted to get to our guests, and they worked quickly and produced beautiful portraits. I didn't want stylized pictures, just shots of us looking like ourselves, and that's exactly what we got. We hired them for 6 hours, and they gave us proofs of over 500 pictures to choose from. They got up close without ever being intrusive, and made sure to follow us around during the reception so got pictures of all our guests. I highly recommend them. They get back to you fast when you call or email with questions.
