I'm using them for my Sept. 11, 2010 wedding at the Prince George Ballroom in MD and they have been spectacular thus far. The first tasting I had was wonderful. The food was fresh and tasted sooo good. They prepared everthing that I picked for the cocktail hour and dinner menu. They have really worked with me in deciding on the type of menu I want for the wedding. Most important of all, they really, really worked with my budget to feed 150 people(cuz Lord knows the fiance and I are paying for this ourselves and we aint rich). Trust me ladies, you wont be disappointed with the service. I'm providing my own alsohol, and they have offered that I could drop off all my liquor supplies and they will transport to the hall on the day of.
