This was the worst bridal shop. I bought my Eve of Milady $4000 dress from there. The dress arrived and it was time for alterations. I figured that I might as well get them altered there. They tried to initially charge me $150 more than the price they had originally quoted me. Then, they told me that my dress was not going to be done by the wedding date so they could try to get more money out of me. I finally got the dress only to notice that a lot of the beadwork was not on the dress. Somehow it went missing, and it was very obvious. Then, finally, the afternoon before my wedding, they gave me my dress and there was still beadwork loose and missing, including a big piece of crystal that was supposed to be on the front sleeve of the dress. I thought I was the only victim, when I saw another bride close to tears. She asked me what happened to me, and I explained. The other bride, who was also getting married the next day and still did not have her own Eve of Milady dress had blood and blue ink that was bled onto the dress. I am not kidding. The ink mark was the numbers 6 & 8 that bled on the waist of the white dress, and the blood was so obvious. To top things off, my husband and his groomsmen had rented Givency Italian tuxedos from there because we thought they had high-end things. The tuxedos that came were not Givency, they were an unknown brand made in Mexico (instead of Italy), even though we paid so much money to rent them. When we complained, they told us too bad. We had no choice for the groomsmen because we picked up the tuxedos 2 days before the wedding so we stuck with them, but my husband went to another rental shop and paid $200 to rent a tuxedo last minute.

It was the worst bridal shop. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.
