What do you say when words are simply not enough to express our gratitude. Melissa and Jenny helped make the most important day of our lives even more amazing then we could have imagined. We first met with them after already meeting with one wedding planner and we had several others scheduled after our meeting. Needless to say after fifteen minutes with the two of them(more like five really) we cancelled all other meetings and decided to hire Pampered Bride. As far as we’re concerned there is no one else that is even in the same league.

We came to them without a clue. All we knew is that we didn’t want a “typical” wedding. We had already picked the Liberty House in Jersey City, NJ (largely because of Danielle Villa, their amazing Banquet Manager) and we knew that we wanted to walk into “Pop Champagne!” as opposed to “Here Comes the Bride.” That was all we knew. Instead of thinking we were crazy, they felt our energy and helped to formulate a theme for our wedding that was nothing short of AMAZING. From the beginning, they never forced their vision of the wedding on us, but helped to cultivate our own. Their positivity and excitement immediately put us at ease, as we only had 6 months to plan. They suggested the Black & White Damask theme and things took off. We were certain that we were lucky enough to have stumbled into the two best people possible to help us create our dream wedding. Aside from the impressive credentials, years of experience, the many resources at their finger tips and the instant click we felt when we met them- we trusted them, and the vision started to become a reality. Other planners had their own vision and tried to make it ours. PBW took ours and simply made it better. In a word.. Incredible.
PBW was there with us every step of the way. They always made sure that we were on schedule and on budget. From meeting with other vendors to meeting with us…Melissa and Jenny were so thorough, so detail oriented and so organized. They really cared about our wedding! No detail was too mundane, and no question too stupid. We still laugh about our midnight text messages (that Melissa always responded to no matter how late or how trivial our questions may have been) or our endless barrage of emails, which were always answered and never ignored. They even put the most demanding members of our families at ease and made sure the wedding went flawlessly. People are still talking about it and all they keep saying is that they have never attended a more spectacular wedding. We owe it to PBW.

Melissa and Jenny made all our dreams come true and more. Now that the wedding is over we miss them! Both become a part of our lives. Not just our wedding planners, our friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
