Si was extremely nice and I thought her prices were very reasonable. The bustle she made on my dress was beautiful. The only down fall was the steaming services I requested. My dress has multiple layers: satin and 2 layers of tulle. I paid $35 for her to steam it; however, when I went to pick it up it looked exactly the same. I think it was a combination of 2 issues: 1. I think she was not comfortable steaming the delicate tulle and 2. She was using just an iron and not a professional steamer. I told her that I still thought it looked really wrinkled and she said that I should try taking it to the cleaners to be professionally steamed..I thought that's what I was doing when I paid her $35 to steam it.
