We custom designed our save the date post cards. the template was relatively easy to work with. the post cards came out wonderfully! extremely happy.

my recommendation is to pay for the 21 day shipping (unless you're really worried about time) - we paid for the 14 day and got it in 3 days so we could have saved money there.

I contacted Joyce after seeing her spectacular portfolio. Unfortunately for me, she does not work on Sundays (my wedding is on a Sunday). Her assistant, Lin, said I she would set up a trial with someone from Joyce's team. The first person she set me up with informed me that she only did make-up (I specifically requested hair and make-up). I emailed Lin to get a trial with someone who did both and she replied that she would and then never got back to me.

Go to PV Bridal last! The 1st dress i tried on was "the" dress (i was at renee strauss in BH). i tried on over 40 dresses just to make sure. when the designer had a trunk show at PV Bridal i went even though its 40 miles away from me. i learned that if you buy your dress the first time you're at the store you get 20% off!!! i didn't have to think it over long and bought the dress. moral of the story - try on dresses everywhere and when you decide on "the" one see if PV bridal has it and buy it there. i saved over $500 than had i bought it at Renee Strauss or Lili in Encino.

i went on a weekday and had a very nice experience. yes, i was expecting a very beautiful interior and was shocked at how 60s and rundown it is in there but the saleslady (Vanessa) was very nice, informative and helpful. the 1st dress i tried on there i loved and knew it was the one. ultimately, i bought my dress as Palos Verdes Bridal because they had the same dress and also if you buy your dress your 1st time there you get 20% off - so i saved over $500 than if i had bought it at RS.

I just wanted to update my review since our wedding (a year late - sorry Scott). Scott was the vendor we were the most excited about. He is humble yet confident in his work and knows how to get amazing shots. He's a genuinely nice person and a wonderful presence to have on your wedding day. We especially loved Scott's ability to capture emotion on film. He had never been to our venue so he went the day before to scout out awesome locations to shoot...Clearly an above and beyond move. The finished products are phenomenal and we are so thankful we chose Scott. Highly highly recommend (in fact, we recommended him to 2 seperate couples who booked him and are equally happy).
