I agree completely with everything that SFAug07 said. She hit the nail on the head in that he is WONDERFUL, reasonably priced, but a little slow to get the photos to you. Just be prepared to let the anticipation build and you'll be completely happy with him! :)

Kerrie was AMAZING. I knew from the start of my trial that she would be super easy to work with and super capable. All of my girls and I were so happy with our hair! The best part was that she kept working on it until it was EXACTLY how you wanted it, even if you changed your mind 6 times. She was fun and sassy and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She travels throughout the wine country and her prices are UNBEATABLE. Literally, I didn't find anyone that would do brides and maids for less. She's great!

Courtney did a great job with my makeup and with my bridesmaids' makeup. Everyone raved about how sweet and easy to work with she was. Even my mom, who can be hard to please, was thrilled!

April was very professional in getting everything all set up and she and her cellist friend even learned a new song for our processional. However, they got lost on the way to the ceremony and were almost an hour late. Google Maps is weird to get to my venue for some reason, so I understand what happened, it was just kind of a bummer. I’m only going to knock them one star for it, because otherwise they were great!

Thank you Jennifer! Jennifer, the on-site coordinator, was amazing. They aren’t messing around when they say that you get a day-of coordinator with the site fee. She was on-point ALL day. I couldn’t have done it without her (and she was a big help leading up to the wedding!). We did the oak tree/club house set up and the site is really really beautiful. I still can’t get over the ceremony pictures with the oak tree—AMAZING. We started a bit late because our ceremony musicians got lost, but it actually made for the best possible light during the ceremony. The reception area is great and they just got new beautiful chivari chairs (YAY!). They were very flexible with food, layout and pretty much everything. This is the way to go if you want a wine country wedding without all of the restrictions of a winery! There are a few things that could be improved, but not enough to really take away from the property. But just so you know here’s what they are: the bathrooms and bride’s suite need remodeling (this is planned for sometime soon) and the timing/serving of dinner wasn’t quite right (it took forever to get the salads out and then a long time to get the whole room served dinner). In any event this big, there will be small snags, so these things don’t affect my rating. Jennifer was able to keep the party moving even though dinner went way over time. This was the first vendor we booked, and I’m so glad we did. Vincent went above and beyond to make everything perfect. He was so flexible and easy to work with and he played the BEST mix of songs. Seriously, there was a ridiculous amount of dancing. He wasn’t one of those over-the-top MCs that takes over the night. He was the perfect mix of someone to manage the flow and someone to play rockin’ tunes. I would recommend him to anyone.

We went to a fancy cake baker first, and both left saying, “I don’t really like cake.” Then, we visited Sugar Bowl Bakery because we had heard about their amazing prices. It’s a commercial bakery, so the set up isn’t as fancy as a regular wedding cake baker, but the tasting left us amazed! “WE LIKE CAKE!” we both thought to ourselves. I actually dreamed about the chocolate ganache. I was a tad worried the design and color wouldn’t come out how we wanted them because of the low price, but everything was perfect. The fondant was smooth, the color was right on and the lattice-work icing looked great! We worked with Michelle and she was super responsive and helpful. I think it’s best to come in with a really good idea of what you want, and then supply them with a picture or rendering to help in the final construction of the cake. The more I think about it, and the more I look at the pictures, I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at how good this cake looked and tasted for the price. They may not be able to do fancy sugar flowers or intricate marzipan fruit, but they do the basics (fondant included) with style and expertise. See pics in my profile.

Atalanta was absolutely amazing. From the first time I met her at a bridal fair I knew she would be the perfect person to do my wedding flowers. She was SO easy to work with—always offering ideas to get more bang for my buck! And she was very professional and always made sure I had an up-to-date quote. She works out of a cute little studio and every time I went she had beautiful projects in the works. When it came to the wedding day, she went above and beyond—doing all kinds of little extras that really made the space more beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone. See pics in my profile.

Andy is a wonderful, wonderful man. He completely remade the top of my wedding dress and it turned out perfectly. We probably had 10 fittings to get it just the way I wanted it, and each time he was infinitely patient with me (and who ever I had brought that day for a second opinion). You can see my dress in the picture and how beautiful it turned out. The dress was my mom's and, believe it or not, before Andy graced it with his amazing talent, it had long sleeves and a high neck. One of the best things was that Andy was super creative and able to use material from the original dress to create the new design features I wanted. The only thing I had to buy was a corset for him to sew into it so it would stay up. On top of all of this, he charged me the most reasonable price imaginable and stuck to his original quote even though I bet it was a lot more work than he anticipated. I would recommend him to anyone. THANK YOU ANDY!
