used for our rehearsal dinner invites Very helpful on the phone in designing our invitation. Able to pick out perfect invites for a few good price. Order was missing some envelopes but we had enough that it wasn't a problem. Allow plenty of time in case of problems.

Large selection. Very knowledgeable owners concerning current trends, style, wording as well as what looks best. Very expensive but the only place that really had great selections.

Fun time. Very accommodating for a bachelorette party. Provided cake and champagne. Some problems with credit card holding reservation. Make sure to get it back immediately when you arrive and check bill when done.

Good job, did trial run a month before. Hair looked just like trial run. Took care of all bridesmaids. Very patient. Everyone looked great.

Excellent job. All groomsmen looked great with no problem. Very convenient to have groom order tuxes in one store and have groomsmen pick theirs up throughout the country. Lots of styles to choose from and salespeople were very helpful. Grooms tux was comped. Some disagreement at the end about when tuxes were due but management at original store (Burlington, MA) got it straightened out.

The best rehearsal dinner we've ever been to. They worked with us to create a perfect menu for all our guests and dietary restrictions. We were in a private room with plenty of space. Provided perfect number of waitstaff which were friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and the desserts were like nothing we'd ever seen or tasted.

Excellent job. Flowers were beautiful and exactly as ordered. Florist was on time and ready to set up. Bouquets were perfect, held together nicely, and looked great in pictures.

Excellent food. So helpful. Catered wedding an hour away. Chef was very accommodating during tasting session. Main person also acted as a wedding planner when needed since we didn't have one. Provided food for a couple guests at Sat night rehearsal dinner because they couldn't eat at restaurant. Cocktail hour got rave reviews. Great spread of food and absolutely delicious. Corn bread served with dinner was a hit.

Sales people were very pushy. Forced me to get alterations done before necessary. Syracuse sold my name, address, and phone number to other wedding vendors without permission. Can't do anything in store without appointment. Only good thing was the selection. They had every dress in every size.

Best band in upstate New York. Learned our first dance, dance with parents songs, even though we were okay with playing them from cd's. Took all our requests into account. Brass comes out onto dance floor which is a great touch. Lots of Latin, Earth Wind and Fire, and Chicago. Music everyone can relate to. Would definitely use again.
