I really loved Kiesha who helped me find my dress (her and Audrey, who helped my friend are amazing request them!!). The store is big and there are a lot of people there (especially on weekends) but they have so many dresses in stock. I also went to both Saks and Mark Ingram...MI is a great place, but they really pushed the trunk show dresses and were reluctant to show other dresses. Also if I wanted to get a dress they didn't have I had to pay $250, etc. Saks had a pretty limited selection as well, but the girls there were very very nice.

Keep in mind Kleinfeld will negotiatiate...I got a full 20 percent off my dress (which was like $2200 so it really made a differnece) and honestly didn't have to negotiate much for it. Hopefully all goes well with alterations!!
