From the word go, my fiance had her heart set on having Katie B do her makeup for our engagement and wedding photos and after seeing her work first hand and getting the opportunity to meet her I can understand why. The care and effort she put into my fiance's makeup was outstanding. Even better is the fact that she took the time to get to know us and treat us as friends and not just clients. She is a very genuine person who cares about her work and the people she is taking care of. What is even more is she goes well beyond the extra mile. She took time to help us select outfits for the photo and listened to the look we were going for. Additionally she help's shoot the pictures which told us we didn't have to ever worry about a missed opportunity or shot. To see how happy and beautiful she made my fiance feel I know she was worth every penny and then some. You do not need to give it a second thought. Katie B. is the only choice for your special day.
As soon as my fiance and I saw Shaun's work we knew we had to have him take not only our wedding photos but engagement photos as well. This past weekend was our engagement shoot and I cannot say enough how great of an experience it was. We had a blast driving around San Diego and picking out locations to shoot. Shaun's eye for creativity, originality, and the perfect shot were amazing. He listened to what we had an mind and then gave it to us. I could not be happier with how well the pictures turned out. His expertise and keen sense of what works ensured that the pictures we got were more then what we could ask for. Additionally his personality and approachability made it extremely easy and fun to work with him. What impressed me as well is he would continue shooting a particular pose until he was sure he had gotten "the shot" and trust me he was never wrong. I am so glad we chose him for our engagement photos and I cannot imagine having anybody other than him shooting our wedding. We are so excited to see what he has in store for us then. So I can take some of stress of planning a wedding of and tell you that your choice for photographer is easy, book Shaun B. You WILL NOT regret it.
