Ricky was very professional and very artistic. I've interviewed over 5 photographers and Ricky's work appealed more to me with the price he was charging. Ricky was flexible and during our engagement pictures (which is included in the package) he made us feel comfortable and relaxed.

Jeff was one of the fews that responded quickly everytime I had a question. He was inexpensive however he forgot the projector for our slideshow and he wouldn't play songs throughout the reception. When my sister asked if he could liven up the music he said 'the bride didn't tell me to'. I have to give it up to him and say he really listen to the bride, but I only gave him some selective songs and he would only played those. I forgot to give him a song for when the wedding party got introduced so there was silence. He said he thought he wasn't suppose to play anything since I didn't give him anything.

Jessie did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. She did a trial run for me with 3 different style hair and my make up was very natural.

Jan did an excellent display for me and she was reasonably priced. I also needed a lot of corsages for families and she gave me a discount for it. She was professional and was there on time to set up. I would highly recommend her.

The Hayes Mansion is a lovely place to a wedding because it's a great place for pictures. However, the problem with the Hayes Mansion is that they tend to Double book everything. On my wedding day they had a graduation party in the morning and a prom at night. They did a pretty good job at balancing everything because I didn't run into anyone from those parties. The event coordinator (which they say they're called and not wedding coordinator) was horrible. I don't know if she works there anymore, but she wouldn't return any of my phone calls and she would change rooms on me a couple days before the wedding. I had to tell her to change it back. She also didn't tell me where cake tasting was and when I showed up at the mansion she said it's not here and never apologized for it. The rooms at the Hayes mansion are also very small and had only one mirror in the bathroom which made it really hard to get ready.
